Right here's some pics of my club which i've been running now for about 3 months. It's called Island MMA. All the guys are fairly new to MMA although some of them have had previous experience in other arts. They're all progressing well though. Some of my students. Working the focus mitts More pad work Some thai pad work Rolling Practicing a fig 4.

Awesome pics. Everyone looks like they're working hard. dramallama You'll see a grey bucket in the last picture which is our sick bucket. It gets used alot. I've got quite a few more students now those pics of the club are about two months old. We've also just changed venue which is alot bigger and is kitted out with judo mats. I'll have to get some more pics.

I ******** hate Puzzle Mats, those things are such a b***h when alot of your stand up game is flying armbars/triangles/pendulum sweeps.

I prefer jigsaw mats/ puzzle maps myself. There's no chance of them coming apart. when you move on them.

Ok here's some recent footage of me doing a 5min round hitting some focus mitts.
The footage starts halfway through the round. You can hear one of my students shout "half way" at the beginning of the footage.
