I play oboe and english horn.
I play alto sax for marching band. I like it. I mean, it may only have one reed, but it's okay.
I personally like the english horn more than oboe. I don't know, it's just more...manly.

I do not march. I just play concert oboe. I can play flute, but come on, we all know oboes pwn flutes. razz (No offense to flautists)
Our band is friggin awesome, we have two oboes and two bassoons! biggrin

Anyway, I am a hardcore bassoonist, because I can play the bassoon and the contra bassoon. For marching season, I held a clarinet and played the Tenor Sax! ^_^

hmmm...i neva even HEARD of a bassoon in primary skool...it wasnt until i entered high skool did i find out bout it and join into the 'basson community' biggrin ^.^
