Aurora nodded and followed the others to the wake. She wore a black tunic and tight black pants. As the wake began she placed one hand on Freya's shoulder and the other on Gunthers.

(( On Naboo Bespin. Plus, considering the activity that has went on between the Imps and the Sith, we can fast forward. 3nodding ))
Bespin ...
Before reaching Naboo, the party had one bit of grim business to tend to. And so, they traveled to Bespin.
The grim procession began, as the casket holding Veron led the way, carried by six of the volunteers from Mon Calamari. Freya was comforted by the slender hand of Aurora on her shoulder, sparing a glance through her dark veil at her brother.
There is no death, there is the Force, came a thought that went through Gunther's mind, completing the code that was drilled into him for the past eight of his thirteen years.

Gorwooken stood next to freya, normal weapon belt replaced by a solemn black one to signify the occasion. Seeing the casket carried by the six volunteers, he gave a mournful cry and wrapped Freya and Aurora in an enormous bear hug.

Iust's comlink clicked on and the man on the other end started to speak. "You did well on the last mission Iust, I hope you found the reward adequate. It would have been more but you simply refuse to take a bounty in alive don't you?"
"You know my policy, that scumbag would have been let out on a techniclity, he's better off dead. All sinners deserve the fate that I hand out, state justice is not the justice that these sinners deserve. No amount of money will make me break that principle," responded the bounty hunter.
"Yes, yes, we all know your zealous views on justice, but I'm not talking to you to start a debate on the morals of the Imperial legal system. I have another job for you, and you'll like this one, real scumbag. He goes by the name of Kier Derith, seems he has run afoul of one of the Hutts, an assassin who ended up killing the wrong man,one of Gracka the Hutt's subordinates, now Gracka wants him dead and I have been asked to give the job to you personally. The pay's not bad either, fifty thousand credits for your hard work. I did some backround work on this guy, for my usual fee of course, he seems to be linked to no less than fifty murders, most of whom are innocents, killed an entire familly just to get at a petty thief he was contracted to kill, not even the family pet survived, real nut case." Iust's source replied.
"b*****d...."
"Yeah tell me about it, anyway he was last seen on Chandrila trying to blend in to the local populous in one of the smaller towns. Shouldn't be too far a journery for you if your still on Ord Mantell. I'll send you the coordinates for his last known location. Good lu..." Iust turned off the comlink and headed to his ship.Later as he borded his Tie Hunter, The Lady Justice, he thought to himself "Kier Derith, justice is coming."

As Gorwooken gave a mournful cry, tears fell from Freya's eyes as the giant wookie wrapped her and Aurora and a bear hug.
Off to the side, the two Jedi stood, master and padawan. Kalnar took in the somber scene, watching his Mon Cal fellows carry the deceased to his final resting place. Still in their flight suits, they wore black armbands for the occasion.
Gunther also witnessed the scene alongside his master, his head bowed low in reverence of his late father. Like his master, he too wore his hood over his head.
For his part, Rusty was uncharacteristically silent. Granted such was his wont during these occasions, as he'd witnessed many like this before in his near century and a half with the Starsinger family, starting with his original owner, Threken Starsinger.

Releasing his hug with Freya and Aurora, Gorwooken patted Gunther on the back before going back to kneel next to Rusty. Quietly, he whispered in Shyyyriwook

As beffiting the occasion, Rusty spoke in a whispered, hushed tone. "We have seen many an occasion such as this, old friend. And, at a time like this, I tend to find myself at a loss for words," "And each time it happens, the galaxy seems to be a colder place," he said, after a pause. As a droid, such was his curse of potential immortality.

The large rock began to shake in place as it was coming apart. For several moments it continued, until the pressure finally overwhelmed it and the opposing Force Pushes caused it to shatter into smaller fragments. " Shame when that happens, but I believe we've done enough for now. I'm curious though, why the sudden intent on training so diligently? " " I'm preparing for the worst. I have a feeling I'm gonna be dragged through Hell and back, and I'm not one to forgot my toothbrush. " The Jedi laughed at her reply. " I'm going to do practice my hand to hand skills now, if you wanna join in. " " I'm not much of a fighter. Besides, I should get back and check on my young friend. Padawans need guidance, you know. " Once the pair parted, Angel went elsewhere, to find a suitable location for her next round of training.

That evening in his temporary room on Taris, Elladan couldn't help but think how'd he possibly manage it. He was outnumbered 100:1. He lacked the technology to go toe-to-toe, and he couldn't even think about going on campaigns for a year. He needed allies, but what he also needed was look, and time.
And a lot of it.

The next morning, The chiss woke up at Detre's insistation. "What is it?"
The tall cat-like creature lowered his gaze. "We have word from New Nyatso, Lord Chiss."
He liked the sound of that; Lord Chiss. He didn't feel like correcting him, knowing it was morally wrong to be treated as such, but he knew it was mere formality. "Yes?"
"Yukth reports that another Acclamanotr is near ready, and a third only a week away. He requests names for when they can be launched."
"Is that all?" Eladan asked, changing into his uniform, and disgarding the borrowed sleepwear.
"No. He also mentioned news on your plans for Bestine."
Elladan frowned. He didn't like the sound of news concerning his plans. "What kind of news, Detre?"
"The bad kind, Lord Chiss. Bestine has been taken over by the Sith."
Elladan almost let his mouth hit the floor, but quickly stopped himself. "Bestine? How? That's one of the most fortified planets in the galaxy."
"We don't know the exact details as of this hour," detre replied cooly, as they left the room, heading to the council chamber. "But we can expect word by the end of the day here."
Elladan shook his head. He couldn't afford to lose Bestine, not yet. With Bestine out of his grasp, he need to either rely exclusively on Taris, or find another planet with enough room and resources to maintain a naval yards, preferabbly one with an ocean.
Then, it hit him: Dac. The home of the Mon Calamari was the renown site where they constructed the fabulous MC-class cruisers. If he could find a way to convince the Mon Cals to join him against the Sith...

Gorwooken whispered, patting Rusty on his domed head. Swallowing, he finished his monologue. Finishing, he stood up again, to watch the ceremony.

When the Chiss arrived at Yaga Minor, there were no signs of any pirates. Rather irritateda at the false alarm, Vaan, Ashe, Varl and Seifer made their way planet side.
It really annoyed him that he had to stand in line at the Intelligence office.

For the most part, it was an uneventful day at the bakery. At least, until a man showed up. A rather shady specimen of human male, as a matter of fact. Still, Iria had a job to do. Even if the man gave her the creeps. "Might I assist you, sir?" The man seemed to consider Iria. In a rather leering manner. "Oh, I can think of a thing or two, little girl," he said, pointing at a loaf of bread, though clearly thinking other thoughts. None of which one might consider savory. Iria promptly handed the man a loaf of bread. With that, he left. Iria shuddered, commiting the man's disgusting leer to memory, and wondering why she felt so repulsed.
(( Johnny: Kinda wanted it to be open-ended enough so it could or could not be the guy you're hunting. That said, sound like the kind of scum you'd chase?
elvis: Rusty's head is more of a flat, flower-pot like shape, hon. ^^ Remind me to show you a pic sometime. ^_^ ))
