the_jackal none of your blues match DX 5/10 So, it's blue isn't it?! It's not like everything has to be perfectly the same colour. You rate way too deeply into stupid detail, i'm going somewhere else for rates.

 I shall burn a true vision of horror into that empty head of yours! Frist, whoa girly. Rage much. It's a persons opinion, and not everyone is going to like your avvy just because you do.
Alright lets see, none of the blues match and it feels rather plain. The balance feels off because of the mass of stuff in the middle and hardly any on the legs. It's not great and memorable, it needs more work.
Also I would like to note, just because it's blue shades, doesn't mean it'll look good togeather. That's like saying a indago blue would look AWSOMESSS with baby blue. Someone call the wahhhhhbulence D|

If you like your avi, good, that's all that matters. @Omikuji- I like it alot but I think you need to bring the whitish color in the top out 9/10

^ I like it, except for the cat ears. The shade of white seems a little off, and I think you could use something a lot nicer there. 8/10
On another note, I like the way you fit the circlet in, since I don't generally like it. It looks nice on your avi, though. The way the mask and glasses layer is really cool. :3

Jackal: The only tail I found that was long enough was the Dark Halo (Dark Tail) Though it's black.. the puppy tail isn't that great since it doesn't show on my avi and the wolf tail doesn't have the color yellow...
