Kuro watched him go from a kneeling position on the ground. When his figure faded from view she felt the tears leak down her cheeks and an overwhelming sadness consume her.

Obake stood at the edge of the forest watching her, letting her cry it out. He waited for hours till she fell to sleep on the soft grass. He walked to the one he had battled through the 7 hells to find and knelt next to her side.

He gathered her in his arms and headed toward the forest, knowing that it would make her feel safer.

The next few days would either make or break her.

Raven appeared by the bed in the keep, dropping her heals on the ground with a loud thud before she fell down upon it; curling her legs under the sheets as she nuzzled up against one of the pillows she pulled down beside her. She immediately shut her eyes, turning her ears back against her skull as her tail fell off the edge of the bed. She whined quietly, wondering when the hell Xol would return. She had, but now where the hell was he? She was atleast comforted by the rooms atmosphere and familiar smell, she knew he had to be around and that was enough to keep her happy.

Tilting her head in deep thought, Faith crouched down on the floor in the middle of the labs, where she had been standing in a slight trance, her eyes locked on the machines. With a slight grunt, she slid down completely onto her butt. Drawing her knees up to her chest, she wrapped both her arms around the shin part of her legs. With a slight sigh, Faith dropped her chin down ontop of the center of her knees.

"Now what... I don't even know anything about the species I am... how extremely frustrating."

Sighing, Faith moved her arms away from her legs and placed them upon the floor behind her. Slowly and gently she slid down on the floor until her back was touching the cold surface of it. Letting out a deep breath, Faith moved her arms so that they were resting beneath her head, her eyes staring up at the ceiling.

"What a day.."

Xol's eyes snapped open as his computer sent the intruder alert to him. After expanding his senses and realizing it was just Faith, he just sighed and rested his chin on Raven's head.

"What was it you wanted to tell me in the dojo that day? And... when would you like to set our wedding date? It's been far too long in the coming..." He asked softly, letting his free hand gently twirl a few locks of her hair around his fingers while the other arm still rested around her waist.

Xol just chuckled at her comments and reassuringly rubbed her back. "Don't forget who sealed that miserable little wretch in his tomb... it was only after I escaped that he finally gained his freedom. Believe me love, if it came down to it... I can beat him again." A low, throaty growl escaped his throat and hopefully she would percieve it to be that end of that discussion.

"I haven't met you brother... or sister yet. However if you brother intends to do my child harm then he had better pack for his trip for Hell right now. And if you're that sapped of energy, we can put you in one of my rejuvenation chambers if you'd like."
