Technically, the report is just on a hero. I just happened to choose an anime character, because he's awesome. Now that I think of it, I could've done Alice. Damn. Too late now, I suppose. I've already gotten all my research, and I know exactly what materials I need for the costume. Besides, it's gonna be my Halloween costume, so why not just make it early? Maybe I can use Alice's Inner Heart outfit for next year's Halloween costume. (I don't go to anime conventions, or anywhere else, for that matter. I don't get out much... sweatdrop ) It's a fairly nice project. Except I don't really like the dressing up part. Or the oral presentation part. I do so bad in front of people. My heart starts pounding, and I swear I shake for like half an hour afterwards. Also, the one who came up with the project was my long-term sub/teacher, who annoys the living hell outta me. She's the only teacher I've ever had who's disliked me. She gives me bad grades, even though I'm well-prepared, and my friend gets random quotes and completely bullshits her way through essays and gets a good grade. Pisses me off. Yes, I'm a grades-whore, but I have to be better at something than my sister. And the only thing where that's gonna happen is grades. Not gonna happen this semester. And if I keep getting bad grades, that'll ruin my GPA, and my mom'll freak, even though she has no freaking idea what's so bad about it. The worse my grades are, the worse off I'll be college-wise. And if I get bad enough, I'll probably end up going to the community college in town. ANd I want to get out of here. So badly. Pardon the rant. I'm just very, very annoyed with the damn long-term sub. WHy did my English teacher have to go and get pregnant? Another bad thing: I can't confront people about things. I was so ready to yell at my friend, but I couldn't. Damn it all. I need to learnt to get over being polite and having everyone like me. I didn't mean to write this much.... ne thing just led to another, and I started ranting.... That wasn't my intention, I swear. And today was fun. I got to run around acting like a chicken being chased down by a fox in a henhouse. A talking chicken. With two other talking chicken buddies, one with a limp. And the fox was a talknig fox. That was such a fun little 5-second skit. I like my Spanish teacher. I swear, the teachers at my school aren't normal. Though I suppose teachers have to be insane, or they wouldn't take on that job. I mean, really. For that little money, there's no way in hell I'd watch 35 psychotic, loud, annoying kids for five periods a day. I couldn't handle that. At all. Which is why I try to not add on to that load by staying quiet throughout most of the class period.

NI: I agree that most teacher are insane... Unless the University ones, since they get a good payment. Really, most people who teach do that because they actually like it... I can't understand why they would like to repeat THE SAME THING tons of times a day, every year.
FP: (Btw, welcome back! We missed you. wink ) The thread title was "yuu watase vs CLAMP". I also noticed that nearly all Watase fans would post WHY they prefer her, while the CLAMP ones would just yell "ME LYK CLAMP ALL THE WAY!!11!!" most of the times. sweatdrop There was some ones that had some arguments, though. But I disagreed about them. xp Oh well, I'm sad that the topic is dead and archived. Or maybe it was the glitch? *goes take a look again*

I'm gonna have a surgery tomorrow and I won't be able to leave home during all weekend, so I'll have lots of time to use the computer. ^^

we were watching a video on shakespeare (hosted by the cast of shakespeare in love) in english today and i had an interesting thought...they talked about how in the beginning of romeo and juliet shakespeare already gives it away that the two are going to commit suicide so you would think people wouldn't like the play since the ending's already spoiled. but in fact, it makes the play all the more tragic and likeable.
so here's the thing (and i laugh) when they said that i thought about AnC sweatdrop i thought about how i already knew everyone who was going to die, everything that was going to happen because of those nasty spoilers *cough*i actually searched for*cough* but even while i know whats going to happen, it makes the story so much more emotional and gives out a lot of pathos...
then i thought about comparing shakespeare and watase-sensei and just laughed at how i could compare a manga-ka and one of the most famous playwrights in history...then i thought it wasnt so ridiculous. because when you think about it, a story where you know the ending and doesnt ruin the feelings created is a great one. dont you think?

Not now though, Desperate Housewives is about to begin. xp lol my mom watches that show but she when it comes on (like tonight) she kicks all the kids outta the room and im usually playing with them (kid at heart and proud of it heart ) but i remember the first time i tried to watch itwith her she kicked me out too stare too bad...it seems interesting. and she made me miss tru calling the other day too gonk darn her...i thought she bought me a cd to make up for it but she tricked me about that too stare

Note to self: Stop skipping days coming online! I end up having to read a lot of posts. Such a good thing I'll never get a Watse-info overload, ain't it? Well, I might... this September. But that's a ways away. And all my mom's fault.
Anyways. Both my mom and sister watch Desperate Housewives every week. I saw one epissode, and I really don't get what's so great. But I'll always have people saying that about shows I watch (*cough*Stargate SG-1*cough*), but I don't really care. Ow. My head hurts. And it stopped. Damn cold. The reason it started to hurt? I coughed too hard. And my throat's getting scratchy, and I've been having trouble talking all day. A good reason I love the internet. Oh, XxfushigipinayxX, I found a site for the Shounen Aromatic scans a couple days ago. It's an online hosted thingy, on Photobucket. Do you want the link, or are you just gonna use the mIRC?
