All people are good and bad. All our decisions are good or bad. I feel like why you do something is often more important then the out come. Sometimes good people make bad decisions. I know I do all the time! It is something I constantly struggle with!

Just too much bullshit. I am so frustrated with the whole place. They are disorganized, unprofessional, and they overwork us. I just feel like no matter who I talk to in management they just don't care. It is impossible to do my job if I am doing other people's job all day. Then they come complain that we aren't doing out job!
