The white haired man exited his room, upon noticing the that lights wouldn't turn on after his nap. What had happened the day before this, he did not know. He had been resting, as he had usually been ill. It was best to keep up his health, if he could manage to do that. In order to keep some kind of light, he emitted some magic from his left hand. It was a pale white light, just enough to see his closest surroundings. His first concern was to find out why the lights were out, which means he would have to find someone to help him with this. And perhaps, he could help anyone whom needed it along the way. He did make sure to grab his bag of medical supplies on the way out of his room. It was a habit to make sure to carry such things on his person almost always. "Hello?" he called, not too loudly, while walking down the corridor.

Grombification did not make Cae any less persistent in chasing her victims, and she followed even as they picked up speed. Although she moved more slowly than she would have a few hours ago, she still kept up a respectable pace.
[I need to sleep now, but I'll likely be back early tomorrow. You don't know how happy I am that this RP is turning out to be a success.]

Misa had already had two lavender grunnies after her, but ever resourceful, she'd avoided their zombie bites ever since the invasion began. There was no way she was going to be by herself anymore, so she'd enlisted a friends' help. She and Toby were barricaded in her room, but were starting to run out of supplies now. They'd have to either make their way downstairs into the kitchen, or she'd have to take them to the palace entrance. Either way, time was running short. As quietly as she could, Misa unlocked and opened her bedroom door, peeking out into the dark hallway.
"Yep, power's still out.. At least we don't have to worry about light, huh Rai?" The star hovering just over head flickered in agreement. He would provide the light his princess needed, and more if she asked. The second she heard someone coming down the hall, her head disappeared back into her room. Unsure of whether it was friend or foe, she gestured for Toby to keep quiet. Keeping the door open a crack, she waited until they made it past the door before she would speak again, her voice barely above a whisper.

This whole ordeal was still rather baffling to Tobias. Not having been here the first time the creatures had shown up, he wasn't sure what to expect. The green grunny that had been following him had left when he returned to his smokey form. He simply figured it was not fond of the cold he was now putting off. However when Misa asked him to stay close and had basically told him what to expect, he had come without question. They had stayed in her room unsure of how anyone else was faring, then the lights went out. Not that it bothered the smokey male, this was more to his liking. Far less lighting then what was normally used around here was what he was use to. Now they were preparing to find more supplies and he simply nodded when he was told to stay silent. He did however move a little closer to the crack in the door. If something came close he hoped the cold would be off putting enough for it to not bother trying to see what was in here. Ruby eyes flickered to Misa waiting to see how she wanted to go about this next.

*Monster stood there in the cage all night, mindlessly chewing on his chili dog until there wasn't much of it left. It didn't hit the spot like living flesh would, though, but his attempts at escape weren't very fruitful. ...And by "attempts" we mean walking into the bars for a few hours as if he would magically phase through if he did it long enough.*

ArronTheLythcolMechanic Within a split second, Arron was suddenly back in the room. He strode over to Monster's cage & shot a dart into the werehog. "...Hope this works..." he said to the others in the room.
*Suddenly the grombie had a visitor, and he groaned at Arron, reaching for him through the bars of the cage. Suddenly there was something sticking to him. ...Funny, did that hurt? Are grombies supposed to feel pain? ...He knelt to the floor of the cage and trembled, and color began to return to his body as his heart began pumping again, feeding his stagnant body and ejecting the virus. After a few minutes, Monster held his head groggily and looked up at Arron tiredly* G-good morning...

He opened the cage. "The cure I gave you should last about a week in your body..." he said handing monster a dart gun, "Shoot anyone that has been turned." Arron was serious now, the stutter had been dropped. He then fiddled with his wrist plate again & was gone.

*He was glad to be out of that cage, but suddenly Arron handed him the gun. But his body was exhausted, he can't aim that thing. He's not even experienced with guns.* B-but Arron- *It was too late, he was already gone. ...Well, at least he couldn't be turned again for a while, that gave him time to find someone. So he strapped the gun to his shoulder and headed off tiredly in search of survivors...*

The transformation was now complete. Prince may have hidden away to save others from himself but he had already been losing his senses when he had arrived in the room. Meaning he hadn't done everyone a favour and locked himself in, so now he was out again, roaming the halls an inch at a time due to his shuffling.
He found his way to Chatter, a grunny had taken refuge in his hair for the time being. Prince stumbled in and began wandering around the once-thriving thread.

She waited until she was sure the coast was clear before opening the door a bit more and peeking out. Still speaking very softly, barely above a whisper, she addressed Toby again. "Alright, we're gonna make a run for it. I hear a commotion downstairs earlier, so I don't think we have a chance of foraging for supplies. We might have to hoof it to somewhere a bit more secure. I think I might know the place.."
There was no way she was staying here. Placing a finger to her lips, she cautiously crept out of the room, Rai hovering over her shoulder protectively. He would protect his princess from those awful grombies. Gesturing for Toby to follow, Misa tiptoed her way down the hall, her senses on high alert for any nearby noises. She would lead them to safety, no problem.
