Fighting Pidgey's
Cai's sleeve was torn almost completely off. His jacket ruined by the vicious birds.
He'd make the touring company pay for that as well. It was entirely their fault after all. Any medical expenses would be billed to them as well. Cai wasn't paying a cent for any treatment he needed after this.

"Get off!!!!" Cai screamed, his voice rising to a shrill pitch. If he could just get one moment he could be in the basket and get out of this hell! Wings buffeted his face, tangling his hair around his eyes and blinding him to the location of the baskets.

Fighting Pidgey's
Cai swung his bag one last time, feeling the thud of a hit and flinging himself backwards, over the banister and into one of the waiting baskets. He tumbled into a heap at the bottom, amid the legs of it's current occupants and who knows what else.
He was away from those birds. If he ever DID get a pokemon for sure he would get something electric and fry every single damned pidgey he found from now on.

Jan, too, was having trouble.
