"Good" Neil said before he kissed her head. He looked over towards the living room where Winter and Avarice were slowly moving around, it was just a little to early for them as well.

Jasmine sighed. She was not eager to work on another case. Two cases she had come close to dying and it was only her mind that had kept her from dying on the last one.

Neil slowly moved and pulled his arms off her as he walked into the living room and patted Winter before patting Avarice. He wasn't sure what to say to Jasmine so he remained quiet.

Jasmine got up and grabbed a poptart. She was feeling better now but really wasn't looking forward to the case. "So what's up with this case," she asked, her mouth full. "What's it about this time?"

Without looking up Neil slowly gave her the few details that they had on the case. He scratched Avarice behind the ear, before he stood up and looked over to Jasmine.

"This isn't our usual kind of case," Jasmine said with a frown. "Why put us on it?"

"They need someone to take care of it, and we have a good track record so far." Neil told her as he kept his eyes on Jasmine. After all the time he saw her, see was still beautiful.

Jasmine shrugged. "I do better with cases that aren't so mysterious," she said. "For all we know the poor sap commited suicide and didn't want the body to be found. Really, this case just seems strange to give to us. It might not even be a murder."

"Judging by the fact that the body was in the river, I doubt that they killed them self." Neil told her as he thought that they were liked dropped in the water, but why and by whom was still unknown to him.

Jasmine sighed. "Still this isn't out typical kind of case," she said quietly. "This is more of a cold case than I'm used to."

Neil couldn't help the small laugh as he told her "The body being in the river makes judging a time of death all but impossible. The closest that they could get may even be a week or so off. As of right now they think that it happened a few days ago but that could be wrong."

Neil shrugged his shoulders as he looked at her. He inclined his head towards the door before asking "So I take it our best bet is to start at the Agency?"
