Mustafar surface

The Emperor roared in anger as explosions and laser fire rocked the ground all around them. Spying a fighter lining up for an attack run, Rahl set his feet and launched a devastating lightning attack frying the ship's steering causing it to crash into the lava flow behind him. Grabbing his comm, the Sith Lord growled at the Admiral on the other end, "We're under attack! Send reinforcements!"

After a brief silence, the Admiral answered, "Additional fighters and ground troops are on the way my lord. Shall I send down the AT-ATs?"
"You fool, the ground is too thin, they'll just fall through into the lava flows below. We need repulsor-lift tanks," came the angry reply from the surface.
"Shall I prepare the superlaser?" the Admiral requested.
"Have it ready to fire if needed, but wait for my command. I'd like to be in the air when you fire it. Besides, I'd like to see if we can take some of these bastards alive for questioning first."

Imperial Shuttle - Mustafar Approach

"Sometimes it's good to forget yourself" Corvin smiled, turning to look out at the planet below. He decided it was now or never, and risked reaching out to put his hand on Elyria's. "It's how you learn who you are."

Whatever might have happened next was interrupted by an incoming transmission from the imposing figure of the Corruo, hovering menacingly above the planet's surface. "All troop transports, prepare to receive coordinates for landing!"

Corvin regretfully removed his hand, but smiled as he reached for the controls. "Looks like our transponder and IFF codes are in order." He said aloud, flying their vessel in the shadow of the massive imperial vessel, his course matching effortlessly alongside the other transports headed for the surface as he blended in seamlessly with them.

"Good news and bad news, folks!" he announced loud enough for all nearby to hear. "This Rahl guy you're looking for is on the planet's surface, so your plan should get us alongside him with little difficulty..." he paused for effect before dropping the bomb on them. "But they've also got a superlaser primed and targeted at the planet's surface. If you get your man, they're sure to turn it on us all!"

He looked back over his shoulder in the direction of the Corruo, though there were no way of actually seeing it from where he sat. Instead, he opted for addressing Master Endar. "Unless you can think of a way to turn it on him now... preferably before these innocent soldiers land." He shuddered then at the realization that all those men had just been dispatched knowing that this thing could go off at any minute.

He turned to face the controls again, watching as the boiling surface of the planet approached and banking toward their landing sight alongside several other transports full of potential foes. Or perhaps, potential allies? Not long now.

Mustafar - Citadel Entrance

Rush of Euphoria - Blow Down the ******** Doors!

"SITHSPIT! I KNEW THIS WOULD HAPPEN!"
The ensuing chaos around Esuritio said the time for action was now. The Emperor was on the surface on Mustafar and this cult was going to attempt to kill him.
"Mi'Lord! Lord Rahl is here!" exclaimed an exhausted scout.
Esuritio boomed "Alright! Aython! Blow the doors and then retreat to Lord Rahl's position! Knights! The time is now! Form up on me, offensive pattern Omega! Just like we rehearsed..."Aython laughed quietly as he flipped the switch on the explosives placed all over the doors, the volume of his devious laugh growing louder as shards of metal flew everywhere in the firey cloud, the doors crumbling.
"The master of this Citadel wants to start a conflict, well I'll give him one! Ladies and Gentlemen! It is our sworn duty to do the emperors bidding and protect him with our lives! This is war!"
The Imperial Knights cheered frantically as crimson lightsabers ignited, assuming their offensive stances.
Esuritio grinned, the rigorous training he put them through will pay off. He was pleased to see that the failed teachings of Atana Ren was wiped from their minds.

The Corruo - Personal Quarters

Meditating deep within the darkside of the force, Jaden Vex could feel a sudden surge in the force. It took him by surprise that he was interrupted. Time had passed much quicker than he thought when his visual passed over the clock in the room. How interesting he thought. Where did this mix of chaos and anger come from? He was smart enough to realize it was not nearby or it would have disturbed him physically, so it was not on the ship. Breathing calmly he stood in one motion and turned to his door and began to go for it, to start his search for this strange occurrence, when Jaden was stopped mid-stride by a thought. His initial plan, to search out the pair of eyes he could feel on him at all times it felt now. "Hmmm." A decision he was easily to make in a heartbeat. He would find his newly found admirer. Jaden slid out of his quarters, and began to travel the corridors.

Mustafar
Imperial Landing Party

The initial attack run appeared to devastate the landed craft, and much of the personnel around the craft. One of the stolen fighters went down when it was consumed with lightning, the pilot screaming in terror as lava burned it's way through his hull. The squadron lost 6 fighters on the first pass, but when they turned to strike again, they entered a dogfight with the Imperial fighters. Their remaining numbers were cut in half as the well trained Imperials broke the stolen squadron apart. The straggling fighters would do their best to engage the other fighters. The blast doors that had been framed by the severed heads opened up and a hundred moderately trained commandos poured out, opening fire upon any survivors they found in the landing party.

Citadel Atrium

Inside the Atrium dozens of troopers took cover as they waited. Huurgen stood just feet from the doorway. The explosion blasted the door inwards. Before the smoke cleared, laser fire rained upon the Imperial Knights from inside the atrium. The cover provided inside made the blasted door a natural choke point. Huurgen however stood his ground, even as rubble was collapsing around him. Through the noise of rapid blaster fire the usual snap hiss of a lightsaber signaled the real combatant. In the smoke only his blade could be seen. Then another hiss, and another still. The smoke began to settle and six Falleen sith stood between the atrium and the knights. All of them looked exactly alike though no two moved alike. Then each of them rushed forward to attack, each attack focused on Esuritio! Should he strike them, the illusions would quickly fade, but with each one emitting it's own presence in the force it should be impossible to tell which one was the real one.

Vessel's Chambers

Jayul donned his clothing, simple pants, and combat boots. A black cape hung from his shoulders, serving to hide the three ghostsabers that were resting in holsters on his back. From his waist hung his lightsaber, and lightwhip. The alarms sounding were deafening; but he moved calmly as he set typed in a command on a panel. The wall slid away revealing a large artificial brood pouch with a young Huttling near ready for it's birth.

"I'm afraid your training has to be paused for now young Iiben. I'm sending you away to protect you; once I've escaped I will find you again." Jayul turned and typed another code into the pad and the chamber sealed. The brood pouch was inserted into a small stealth pod. It would launch and skim through the atmosphere before it would break orbit and head into space jumping towards a planet that only Jayul knows.

"Compassion? This is not something the Vessel of the Mauler should feel." Jayul turned at the sound of his masters voice. "There is still hope for you Jayul. The sith have come for you, and Lord Turll has started a war. Come with me, I mean to help you escape from his clutches.

(The first roll is directed at the Imperial Squadron by the remaining fighters.
The second represents the commandos attacking the Landing party.
The third roll represents Huurgen's attack on Esuritio.)

Imperial Shuttle - Mustafar Approach

Elyria blushed at the warmth of Corvin's hand, but it was only a fraction of a second before all hell broke loose. As they neared the Corruo her eyes widened at the mammoth size of the Emperor's Flagship, never had she seen a ship so imposing, it took her breath away.

"But they've also got a superlaser primed and targeted at the planet's surface. If you get your man, they're sure to turn it on us all!"

"No, for the most part the Emperor's men are exceedingly loyal, there may be some upstarts with their eye on the throne, but I don't think they'd make a move in this mess. if we can grab the Emperor, they'll let us escape and retaliate later - I'm almost sure of it! Ka'all what should we do?"

Mustafar - Citadel Entrance

250 HP
The Oncoming Nightmare

Esuritio huffed. He threw his lightsaber through the illusions and caught it in one elegant motion.
"Falleen, your trickery will not fool me. I shall show you true mastery of the Dark Side!"
With a quiet laugh in his voice, he threw forward the lethal Spear of Midnight Black, aimed directly at the disgusting creatures midsection, hoping to cause him nothing but pain and misery, a fitting punishment for the initial deception earlier on.

Screaming Phoenix- Neiomodia surface

Lowrak couldn't wait for the ramp to lower, he jumped off on to the surface and with the semi loud thud due to his Ithorian feet, landed on the streets of Nar Shaddaa. As he landed, he looked around to get a location as to where the multiple force signatures were, ”This way, Kad”, he said as he hurried to where he sensed most of the group, he could no longer sense the wookie, though, someone must have killed the hairy beast, we better hurry, I dont like this one bit.

He finally arrived at their location where he saw a Twi'lek, a cyborg, and a Jawa, he assumed the wookie was killed by either the Twi'lek or the cyborg as he sensed anger and hostility from them but not from the Jawa. He decided to introduce himself, ”Greetings, fellow force users, my name is Master Lowrak Pentar, I came to help with your wookie problem but it appears you took care of that yourselves. Is there anything else I can help you with?”

Pure Neimoidia

Right before Lowrak could take a step further XT-613 fired a shot right next to his foot. "Do not move any closer Je'daii." As usual there was no infliction except a very subtle disgust as if the word Je'daii was spat out. "Master A'kire, what should I do about this Ithorian and his underling?" XT-613 kept her blaster trained on the Ithorian.

Pure Neimoidia

”Greetings, fellow force users, my name is Master Lowrak Pentar, I came to help with your wookie problem but it appears you took care of that yourselves. Is there anything else I can help you with?”

"Master A'kire, what should I do about this Ithorian and his underling?"

The words hit A'kire's ears like a bullet through glass. She turned around, eyes wide in panic at the two Je'daii before her. Her hand immediately grabbed for her saber, gripping the hilt tightly as it sat in its holster. Smoke rose up from XT's blaster as the ground near the Ithorian's feet showed signs of being slightly scorched. She could sense the tension in the air between Stokhli and the Selkath and now growing tension between XT, herself and the Je'daii. Eyes the color of a vibrant flame narrowed as sharp teeth gritted against one another. A scowl formed on the Twi'lek's face as she spat on the ground in disgust.

Lies. Force-fed, two-faced, half-assed lies! Why must you Je'daii spit such obvious falsities in the face of every being they deem lower!?! You fool whomever you like, but the lie crumbles here, Ithorian. Don't act like you can't tell who or what I am! Don't pretend to not notice the sand rat and Selkath going at it. You don't want to help us. You can taste the dark side of the force as it lingers in the air you and I breathe. Stop your lies and drop this act! STOP PLAYING YOUR PATHETIC MIND GAMES ALREADY!!!!!!!!

"We have no need of your services here, Je'daii. When will you ever learn to stop sticking your sabers into matters that do not concern you? The Wookie obviously did not think he needed any extra help, When he got too close to the Jawa however, the fleabag had an extreme asthma attack. You know as well as I do that those sand rats stink like nothing else in this galaxy."

The Twi'lek gripped her saber tighter, anger rising within her as her lekku twinged in warning. Once the Je'daii caught on to what was really going on, a larger battle was sure to break out. A'kire sized up both Lowrak and the underling, seeing strengths in both of them, but also analyzing them for weaknesses. She scanned them over quickly, flaws seeming to hide whenever she had almost figured one out. Her body became tense as she continued trying to analyze the Je'daii with little success.

Those insolent fools!!!!! They think they can hide their thoughts from me!?!?! They're weak! They're nothing but tricksters! FIRST THAT DAMNED TOGRUTA! NEXT IT WAS THE JAWA! FINALLY THESE TWO THINK THEY CAN OUTSMART ME!?!?! BRAINS ARE NOTHING COMPARED TO BRUTE FORCE! BY THE TIME I'M DONE WITH THEM THEY'LL BE BODIES LIKE THE WOOKIE!!!!!!

"XT, keep your blasters ready! Keep them in your sights!"

A'kire finally had reached her breaking point. She turned to XT-613 and barked a command at her before turning to the two Je'daii. She removed her saber from its holster, igniting the violet blade as a twisted smile grew on her face. Her facial muscles twitched as her eyes widened in a shocking display of whatever shreds of sanity A'kire had left being shattered to pieces. She held the blade up to the Ithorian, laughing maniacally as she inched closer.

"Get......away....you fools....nobody will believe your lies....your tricks...your ways.....LIES!!!! Conniving little Je'daii....not worth the DIRT!!!!! Not worth what lies beneath my feet. I don't need your PITY! Don't WANT KINDNESS!! Can't handle LIES!!! TRICKERY!!!! WEAKNESS!!! It's all I see in you. It's all you are and WILL BE!!!! Step over your boundaries....ONE LAST TIME!!!! You'll wind up JUST LIKE!!!! JUST LIKE the pathetic.....Wookie...that you stand near. I'm not your friend. You're my enemy.....you can not leave here alive. NONE OF YOU WILL LEAVE THIS PLANET ALIVE!!!!! YOUR BLOOD WILL PAINT THE GROUND FOR EONS!!!!!!!!!"

A'kire let out a primal scream towards the heavens as the years of pent up rage stored deep with A'kire's mind and body exploded from her free hand in a beam of a powerful force lightning. The arc of pure energy snaked its way past the Ithorian and everyone else nearby until it found it's target. A young female Twi'lek who was happily strolling through the area on her way to meet her parents had become a victim of blind rage. The lightning hit the child's body. Organs fried within seconds as the young Twi'lek convulsed violently before falling to the ground, smoke rising from the tiny frame.

Mustafar - Citadel Entrance > Main Hall

Esuritio's Spear of Midnight Black grazed the side of the Falleen and dazed him, much to his dismay.
He grabbed him with the force in the confusion and launched him into the wall beside him. The impact was that great he flew through the wall and into the room adjacent. He must surely be unconscious.
He laughed maniacally and shouted across the Entrance "Knights! Form up! We go offensive! Remain on guard and follow me!"
Esuritio waved his saber impatiently as a group of the Citadel's millitia opposed him.
"Hnh... Really?" He sneered. Moving his hand to the right, he lifted a huge chunk of rubble from the door he previously destroyed and launched it at them, blood painting the walls as it collided with the uniformed peons.
Not taking the time to savour his kills, he sped off, the Imperial Knights in close pursuit, their objective to gain a foothold in the Citadel. To take the Master alive for questioning.

Mustafar
Citadel Atrium

There seemed to be no end to the militia, for every platoon they killed another took their place. When Esuritio took the atrium, wall mounted defense systems opened up, filling the room with a criss-cross of laser fire so dense the room glowed bright red. Murder holes in the ceiling opened up and a rain of explosives dropped down into the room below. Once Esuitio and his knights had entered the room, he would see that Huurgen was no longer laying just inside the hole he had been sent through.

Imperial Shuttle - Mustafar

When he didn't answer, Elyria turned to face him. his eyes held a look of determination as they met hers. She silently nodded and started towards the back of the ship - if she was going to play an imperial dog, she must look the part. She found the uniforms where Archos had told her they would be and began to undress. She hated the feel of them - UGH Sith trash. When she caught sight of herself in the mirror she gasped..it was a sight she'd never want to see - Je'daii gone Sith - all the old tales ran through her mind - Lord Revan and of course the worst, Darth Vader. She shook her head and closed her eyes, drawing on the Force to calm her racing heart. So be it...she made her way back to the cockpit.
