Gary pulled Lucia into an ally way and continued until they were away from other people. "I've sailed with Jack for as long as I can remember. I was a boy when it happened."
Jack stared dully at the wall, the bottle hanging from his hand. He felt dead, hollow, empty. Lucia had done this to him. Silent tears fell from his eyes. "We've lost two children now...." he muttered drinking more liquor. His system had already gone numb.

Lucia looked at him confused,"What are trying to say Gary?"
Alex looked at him and she crawled over to him and she sat in his lap and a made him let go of the bottle and look at her,"Not yet...she could change her mind."

Gary looked around before sitting back against the wall. "Jack comes from a wealthy family. His father inherited the money and house, and everything from before. Jack's uncle, however, got nothing. So," he said lowering his voice. "His uncle kidnapped, sexually assaulted, and used Jack as a tool to get money from jack's father. No one but the family knew for a time, then Jack's uncle got drunk, spilled the beans, was put away from good. Now all of London knows and Jack has had to live with the looks from people. That's why he left."
Jack shook his head and laid it on Alex shoulder. "She hates us...She left because of us...What did we do wrong?" He cried into her neck.

Lucia froze and looked at the ground,"I can't believe it....I need to get to parents....if just listened for once...but I never do...I'm pathetic." she rubbed her head and she hugged Gary,"Don't leave me Gary."
Alex looked at him and made him look at her,"No your wrong we did goo things for her...she just let out her anger she didnt mean to she just was so used being on a ship she fell in love with it." she kissed him on the lips.

Jack kissed her back but shook his head. "Its to dangerous, Alex. we can't sail anymore." he dropped his head breathing deep to clear his thoughts.
Gary wrapped his arms around her and sighed. "I'm not going anywhere, Lu." He kissed her head. "Not tonight. Get some rest."

Alex ran her hand threw his hair and kissed his head,"I dont care anymore...we just have to keep going to America if we are lucky we will meet her there."
Lucia nodded and she looked at him,"Lets go find some place to sleep then."

Jack nodded feeling dizzy feel the all the liquor he'd consumed.
gary got up and pulled Lucia into a motel sneaking up to one of the un used rooms and set her on the bed then went to sit by the window looking out.

Alex had some tears hit the floor still and she put her head on his shoulder,"Get some sleep Jack....you need it."
Lucia watched him looking out the window and hen she was starting to slowly close her eyes, but sometimes she made her eyes stay open.

Jack felt his lids close then he knew nothing. His body fell forward pushing Alex to the floor.
"Go to bed, Lu. Nothing's going to happen. I'll keep watch." Gary starred outside.

Alex sighed and pushed him off of her and she dragged him to the bed, and then she put him on the bed and she layed down next to him looking at the ceiling.
Lucia nodded and she closed her eyes and she fell asleep.'I'm sorry mom and dad.' she thought.

jack's breathing became labored and his face went pale and his lips blue. His body went cold and shuddering.
Gary watched Lucia fall asleep and sighed. "She still doesnt know the half of it."

Alex looked at Jack and made his face look at her,"Jack?Jack!?Wake up!" she shook him.
Lucia moved a little in her sleep.

Some of the crew came in to see what was happening since they had heard Alex yelling. "Miss? What is wrong?"
Gary walked over and sat next to Lucia wrapping an arm around her.

Alex looked at the crew,"Get the doctor! Jack is pale and he is getting cold!Hurry! Jack!" she yelled his name she faced him again.
Lucia was in a bad dream and when Gary put his arm around her she jumped and woke up."Gary?" she put her face into his chest.

Gary rolled his eyes. "Yes, its me, dont worry."
Jack's second in command came forward pulling her back as the doctor rushed in. "Leave him be, Miss. Doc will look at him and figure this out." Doc glanced over at Alex. "She can't be here, she needs to wait outside," he said checking over Jack.
