 Aud nodded, swiping her sword near Horus' own sword. Almost knocking it to the ground, her shoulders slumped but she was back in the duel with her sword a moment after. "What can a god of vengeance and war do?" she asked suddenly.

 Carter/Horus Horus's grip remained strong on the sword. "I can cause fighting, cause some serious problems between people, I can curse people... A lot of things actually."

Aud grinned. "That sounds extremely fun. God, I wish I had your abilities. It seems like there's practically nothing wrong." She paused, dreaming for a second. "I mean, I can change into a raven and all but there's...disadvantages.....Your turn." she added, watching him closely.

Carter/Horus Horus shrugged. "Sometimes it is, but when you have a murderous uncle breathing down your neck and a zombie dad, it's not quite all fun and peachy." He aimed for her blade, the crescent shape allowed him to have half on the bottom and the other half on the top. So he twisted it, aiming to wrench the weapon out of her hand and toss it to the side.

Aud tilted her head slightly. Smiling slightly she spoke. "I know the murderous uncle type...." Her smile faded. "But...zombie dad...?" She asked, not wanting to keep these things in her mind alone. His blade was suddenly on her's, pulling it out of her grasp. It fell out lightly, almost flying to the other corner of the room but she grabbed it right away, cutting her finger a bit. She ignored it, angling for his chest. The sword gently scratched his shirt but didn't cause too much damage. "Sorry." Aud muttered almost silently.

Carter/Horus Horus nodded. "He tried to prevent my birth by sealing my father in a coffin, which he encased in lead. Dad got out then Uncle Set cut him to pieces. He explained, feeling the blade poke him. "My mother gathered all of the pieces again and had me... My Dad became god of the dead. Anubis is my brother." It was a long story, but he shortened it a bit.

Aud's smile faded. "That's..." Her mind searched for the right word. She didn't want to sound retarded after Horus had just practically told her his biography, something Aud was too afraid to do. "...Unfortunate." She managed, losing her guard. "Um...I grew up with parents that if you to put it nicely, didn't "really like" the unnatural. They truly hated me and my brother, but were fine with my twin. Long story short..." She gulped, looking down. "We three came here...."

Carter/Horus Horus shrugged. "I understand it's quite a weird story... Not really a fun one to live either." he admitted, waiting for her to get ready again before attacking. He wasn't going to cheat... Yet. Instead, he listened to her story. "Just like how my mother and I had to live on earth for a while, hoping Set wouldn't find us."

Aud noticed Horus listening. Most people would've shrugged it off. Aud smiled softly towards him. "Your mother seems intriging. Far more interesting than my own frightening mom and white-collar father." Aud looked at Horus, grabbing her sword tightly. "Your turn I guess."

Carter/Horus Horus smiled. "She was the goddess of motherhood... A really good mom too." he mumbled, and aiming a few attacks with the blunt side of his sword. ((I gotta go.))

Aud smiled softly once more. "That's nice. With a life like yours...you gotta have something normal, aye?" She dodged the ataacks, losing her balance and falling to the floor. Before Aud hit the wooden planks she shifted into a raven, her human clothes falling to the ground. The raven flaps to the floor, cocking it's head at the clothes. "Disadvantage one..." the bird kaws to itself. Aud looks up at Horus. "Mind dueling with a raven?"((I can't figure it out! What time zone are you in??))

Carter/Horus Horus shrugged. "It's kind of hard to be normal when you're in ten places at once... I'm actually in Cairo right now." he said, watching her become a raven and watching her clothes fall to the floor. "Not at all, really."((Mountain time.))

 If the raven could smirk, it would've right now. "Good." It said, flappping into the air. "Oh, by the way," Aud kawed towards Horus. "What do you mean in ten places at once?" It dived towards him, pecking at the hand that held his weapon.

Carter/Horus Horus's hand didn't seem affected. "Gods can be in multiple places at once. I'm helping move King Tut back to the Cairo museum, I have some contacts in so nobody knows it's actually the guy who technically killed him."

Aud frowned inside as her attemps did nothing. "I know you're gonna be all mystic with me here in a second," The bird with a small smile. "But it seems super exciting and easy to be a god. You know, besides the...family part." Aud paused, tilting her head for a moment. "Plus, if someone pisses you off, you can just zap them with lightening or something. Right?"
