Adon's eyes widened a fraction more after Luke had replied. Externally, he was doing well with keeping the calm, conversational demeanor. Internally and pheromone wise, however, he was freaking out completely.

"Oh....I s-see. *Herm* ...I-it was just a few hours ago, but who knows how long it's really been.....y-yeah. I do remember you saying that time was really messed up during this time." Adon replied. For the life of him though...he couldn't remember HOW Luke actually found out about....um....Nekron and everything. "Um...h-h-have you....I mean d-did you....um..."


CC grinned a bit, and Edel gently took the cat from Jame's arms. She patted the boy on the head, and gave CC a bit of a squeeze once she had a hold of him. She...wasn't very happy with the cat at the moment.

"Nervous? Heh...I-I'm not nervous. Why would I be nervous. I mean it's not like...eheh....It's not like a few hours could turn into a few months or anything. It doesn't work like that in other realms or anything. Right? Although some do. Some can actually be years compared to Earth time. And if Earth time is already messed up then....then...heh....no everything's fine. It's all good. Allll good. Yep" Adon replied, trying to keep his calm, and not give out anything that could wind up altering the past. But...he was supposed to have been...erm...made before the whole Black Lantern thing. So....he should be alright if he just...mentioned that maybe Luke should get his but in gear or something? But...then he might get his dad killed. Then....um....crap...


Edel was huggled out of being *too* terribly angry at the cat. She looked down at the little boy, still not quite used to such affection from a child, and smiled warmly down at him. She moved her arm towards him, and lifted him off the ground gently with a blue energy. With CC in one arm, she held James against her with the other to return the hug.

Adon stared at Luke nervously, then quickly turned towards Edel, opening his mouth to ask if they could go and talk someplace quietly. But...she looked like she was enjoying hugging James...so Adon slowly closed his mouth. She didn't know what her emotional state was in this time...but any time she was able to spend some one on one time with her grandchildren was usually a big cheer up for her. He didn't want to interrupt that. Especially with how easily James seemed to be able to cheer people up. A trait he didn't seem to have...must have had too much of Atropos in him.

Aaand with that thought Adon went back into panic mode. Slowly, he turned around and looked nervously back at Luke. "....um...do you know if....anyone's doing anything about the whole Nekron thing yet or not?" he asked.

Alex grinned, and blushed a bit as she looked back over at Luke. "Kicked both our butts." she added.

".....oh. You gave Edel one of the rings?" Adon asked, calming down just a little bit more. Not by much of course...there was still that whole thing about Atropos possibly being down in the underworld, unable to escape, and no one knowing anything about it to worry about.

...and Edel had one of the rings...so....could Nekron somehow use that here? Couldn't right? He was just letting his imagination get the better of him. Seriously. There was no way that Nekron could know that...he was here....and...

.....

And back to panic mode.

Adon looked at Luke, then sighed a bit in relief. "It's...it's not working? Okay. Good. I really, really don't want...wait." he said, as something else Luke had said caught his attention. "You already have that Shazam thing?"

"Oh...but...if you really needed to use it, you could. Right?" Adon asked, his tone till rather nervous still.

"Yeah, I could. Hopefully I don't have to, though," Luke said in reply. "In the meantime, I'm thinking having two young boys here is pretty dangerous, what with all that's going on..."
