-he went into his room and opened the closet door and it was filled with his mothers old clothes that were just her size-

This is the best I can give you.

(Shade kept his mothers chothes because it reminded him of her scent when she was alive)

-he decided to switch his sword so he reached under his bed and put his sword under it and pulled out a gunblade and strapped it to his back-

(yes Im ripping off final fantasy's weapons)
