Myka took a step forward. She closed her eyes and looked at the ground. 'Ayame is fine.' she thought out to him. She locked her hands gently behind her back, rolled her neck twice. 'It's just as much my fault as it is yours. There is no need for you to apologize.' she added shortly thereafter. She bit her lip and wondered how he would reply.

Sho turned slightly, and looked at her, his eyes unreadable. "And you? Are you fine?" He asked. "You're right; this wouldn't ever work. We are too similar. It doesn't matter who's fault it is. What matters is that is happened." He smiled slightly. "You can sit down. I'm not going to explode at you."

Myka cracked a small smile before walking forward and finally sitting beside Sho. She looked down at the water, silence filling her ears. Obviously, thoughts would be filling Sho's. And then, Myka fully realized the pain of Sho's gift. He'd never be free of all the thoughts that were around him. He'd always hear it. It would never end. She turned to him, her smile still on her face. 'Giving up doesn't suit you, Sho.' she thought.

Belleth walked to the shore and sad down in a ball.she stared at the water angnoring all the soles around her wich no one else could see

"I'm not giving up." Sho said quietly. "I'm just...Giving up." He thought, glad Myka couldn't tell what he was thinking. "I'm just...being calm and collected." He smiled bitterly. "You're right you know." He said after a minute. "You're the first one to ever understand. Everyone else thought it was something amazing and special; a wonderful gift that I can see what others are thinking." His face twisted with disgust. "But it's not! I hate it!" He spat, his eyes flashing with anger. Struggling to remain calm, he tried to focus on someone else's thoughts, and frowned. "That girl over there has been following you." He said softly, standing up. "You might want to see what she wants."

Myka closed her eyes gently as she listened to Sho. She could tell he was lying through his teeth when he first began speaking. But as he continued, Myka could tell that she had merely scratched the surface of the bubbling anger that rested inside of him. Myka got up and stood beside Sho before gently resting her hand on his shoulder. 'There's no need for you to face it alone.' she thought.

"Yes, there is." He said. "I'm not being emo; it's just the truth. There isn't really anyone else who understands. And anyways, who wants so spend time with someone who can read what you're thinking? There would never be any secrets. Humans need secrets to survive I think It gives us power, and makes us feel important." He raised a hand, and gently placed it on top of Myka's, before shrugging away from her and leaning down to pick up his scattered jacket and sweatshirt.

belleth still sat on the shore trieing hard to get the words out of her head anf her flash backs"miss invisible"she thought"thats me...miss...invisible"she continued to stare at the sand.

Myka bit her lip when her hand was shrugged off. "Secrets give us strength, but the ability to share them with someone, to be able to to feel weak, gives more." she said, finally breaking the silence. Myka closed her eyes and stepped back. Hands locked behind her back, Myka sighed. "But there are people willing to share your burden. There are people who want to help you." she said trying to catch Sho's gaze. She shook her head before leaning down to face him. "You don't have to be alone. You push us away. Let me...Let us in."

Darien was so focussed on her thoughts that she didn't realize someone was infront of her until she tripped over a girl sitting on the shore.

Sho turned to look at Myka, the almost-hopeful expression on his face heartbreaking. "Us? Who's us?" He asked, taking a step closer to her, then wincing. "Damn, that girl is loud." He growled, looking over his shoulder to where Belleth sat. "Come on; I'm going to go see what she wants. I swear, if she doesn't shut up soon, my head it going to burst." He growled, walking across the dock and towards Belleth.
