Cain the Blade Because Shaoran is part of the Origami no Dara bloodline, i have to have Doton and Suiton elements. So I know up to chuunin doton techniques....please read my profile before saying anything.
It doesn't make any sense within the universe of the Guild for your character to offer this, OR for the Genin to accept. Do your characters even know each other? is there anything close to a link between the RPCs except that you happen to know him OOC?
Is there an IN GAME reason based on current Role Play to support what you offered in chat.

...that doesn't sound like Kirigakure. Cobra demands a link.

...why? I'm so confused. Why is a Mist Jounin training Iwagakure Genin when apparently the Mist Jounin was needed for all of the Mist Genin?
I need to see links.

I don't need anyone training me besides the Tsuchikage when I need her. Plus, why would you want to train me anyway? Wait...Wait...What agreement? Why aren't I aware of this? I am searching on my own... and I see a lot of things that don;t make sense. For instance, why are Genin being allowed to leave the village on missions on their own now?

Shaoran is the head academy teacher at the Mist Academy. Now, he is not the only doton user in the Mist. He has come to obtain a genin, chuunin, and jounin doton scroll from the Tsuchikage. In order to gain the trust, he is gonna offer his help in teaching Suiton and Doton users in the Rock.

Then head to our academy. Kumo(the person) with his RPC Kenji, I think he's a Suiton person...Not sure. But anyway, you can teach Muffin's RPC, Emily, Doton stuff! Because I'm not even in the village now.

Its going fine. It's Lance's turn to post. He seems to be busy recently, which is slowing things down a bit. It's going to be weird when Shinji gets back to the village and so much has occurred.
...even stranger that he'll suddenly be allied with the person he's currently fighting for the championship.
