Jinx took off Alcharius and placed him in front of her when she rolled over to lay on her stomach, "So, tell me, Alcharius, why is it that you act odd around that new guy?"

The voices were getting quieter. Lilium quietly leaned against the wall; trying listen. Her eyes grew wider and wider with every secret she heard. Her heart raced even more.

Ikki thought about Felix, he seemed to be a younger him; when Ikki himself was young and naive. But more of a connection then that; no, some magical connection.

Alcharius grew palpably uncomfortable. "... there's no reason," he lied. "I just... recognise him is all."

Felix nodded. "Looks that way... gah, I want to know how he found out about my success though! I bet..." A dark expression came over his face and he seemed on the verge of saying something, but then thought better of it. "Well. Maybe not. But anyway..." He bit his lip. "There's something else though. A... side-effect. It first happened when I died... but it's happened again since then, not just when I get killed. It's... very problematic." And also very embarrassing, judging from how he was circling round and round actually saying it without doing so.

"Oh? and who is he?" Jinx asked, catching his lie, being an assassin, she was trained to tell liers from the rest.

Felix grimaced. "You'd wouldn't want to say it either if it were you..." he grumbled, then sighed. "Well, alright... I'll show you." He unfastened his cloak and slung it down on a nearby chair, then turned back to face Bryce. He hesitated once more, let out a resigned sigh, and began undoing the buttons of his shirt. Once he'd undone the top few, he pulled his shirt apart - with no small measure of discomfort on his expression - for Bryce to see his chest. There... well. They were rather small. But there was still no mistaking it. Felix Marigold had a pair of quite feminine breasts. He (she?) braced himself for the Champion's reaction.

"He's just a Black elf alchemist..." Alcharius sighed, then reluctantly added, "But... an alchemist with big dreams, last I met him. Judging by the attention he's getting from the Blecks too, I'd say he hasn't lost them. Oh dear..."

Felix grimaced some more. "Yes, now you see what I mean," he... er... she said as she buttoned up her shirt again. "It's... it's... awful! Every time I die... flip... or just wake up one morning, erp, went to sleep with tits, wake up with a d**k, or vice versa!" Her voice had risen in partial hysteria now, but she controlled it... though probably not soon enough for what she said to have gone unnoticed by certain ears. "It's hell, seriously," she said in a lower tone, before going to retrieve her cloak as well. Her cheeks were flushed crimson with embarrassment and shame by now.

"... well, alright, but you can't tell anyone I told you this," Alcharius swore Jinx unhappily to secrecy. "Felix Marigold... wants to create a Philosopher's Stone. He wants to be immortal."

The door was unlocked and curiosity was killing her so badly right now. Lilium exhaled and calmly knocked on the door. "Guys, I was going to treat everyone to a nice dinner downtown, wanna join?" If she was to be travelling with these people, they might as well get to know them, and possibly understand the 'secrets' she heard a bit better. She opened the door and saw Felix buttoning his(/her) cloak, her cheeks flushed. Lilium automatically blushed, "Oh! I didn't walk in on something did I?!" Maybe that conversation was from down stairs. But Bryce and Felix couldn't be -that- kind of friend.. Were they?
