Alice cursed under her breath, and waved a hand, bringing up her built-in cellphone. "Shiko, get back here. I need your help!" She muttered under her breath.
Shiko, who had only got a few feet away from the door, sighed, and came back into the room. Slamming her laptop onto one of the tables, she glared at Alice. "What?!?" She snarled.
Alice raised an eyebrow. "Don't take that tone with me young lady!" She said. "Now, tell this young Na'vi that I would like to perform a few tests on her; see how healthy she is and such."
Shiko relayed the message.

"That's what you think." Shiko said in English, turning her iPod off, and taking the earbuds out.
Alice carefully prepared everything she needed to take a blood sample, then pricked Ni'awtu's arm with a needle, and watched as the rich, dark-red blood was drawn.

Alice took the blood sample, and walked over to her computer, her mind racing with ideas. There were a few minutes of silence before Shiko broke it. "Are you planning on doing anything else?" She asked rudely. "Or can she go?"

Skiko closed her eyes briefly as if praying, then open them, and they flashed with an unknown anger.

"Well," Alice said after having run several tests. "You seem healthy enough." She turned to Shiko, and Shiko raised an eyebrow, silently singing the words to a song.

"Shiko, Shiko, SHIKO!" Alice yelled, her annoyance obvious.
"Yes?" Shiko asked innocently, turning the iPod back off.
Alice grit her teeth. "Why don't you take our friend to go find something to eat?"
Shiko nodded. "Come with me." She said to Ni'awtu, noticing her fearful expression, and trying to be kind.

Shiko and Ni'awtu walked in awkward silence, since Shiko didn't know what to say. Despite the fact that she knew A LOT about the Na'vi; Shiko was still only human, and enjoyed human benefits, such as technology.
