Totchi as a whole is just a mischievious person. You can tell by watching him!
Examples:
Throwing snowballs at Shinya
Making a snowdevil
Breaking his ping pong paddle
Playing with the toy tank
His pouncings on Shinya (and anyone else)
That infamous "In Club All High" clip
