 Kage Konoha | Hyouton | Sannin (Temporary Kage)"Don't beat yourself up Tyson." Kage said sympathetically as she shook her head, "They did the same thing in Konoha. Had you not cooperated the way that you did, Sunagakure might have been destroyed just as Konoha was. when Sai destroyed most of the main structures in the village, it was done only after the Kage failed to cooperate and tried to protect a bijuu under her care."
"As to the documents, it probably wouldn't have mattered where they were kept. They were well guarded and secretly hidden within the Leaf, but whoever it was that snuck in found them regardless and left no trace. Now that I think of it, it was probably Sai, if he was able to do all of that without being seen once." Kage stopped talking for a bit as the room was held in silence, the atmosphere undoubtedly growing heavy with all the talk of Akatsuki. Pushing herself off the wall she was leaning on suddenly, Kage forced a smile onto her face and began to speak once more in an upbeat tone...
"We'll figure this all out though, in the meantime, we have work to do. Tyson, I'll be disbanding all current leaf ANBU agents, as I have no idea who I can trust from the previous groups. The ANBU will take on an older name, of 'ROOT' an old relic of Konoha's, which I'll be reviving for it's reconstruction effort. Only myself, those members here and anyone new hired to the position will know of ROOT and will be identified by a tattoo on the arm. Misuki, Hikaru, and Deil will be the first members of this group."
 Kage walked over to Tyson's desk and drew a simple symbol, holding it up for anyone to see... "Anyone who claims to be an ANBU from Konoha here on my orders without this mark is lying and should be captured immediately."
 "I'm here when I need to be."

 Havik:Sand Chuunin:Ninjutsu Class "Please respect my village, or I will kill you." Seven Tailed Host Havik thought for threw what Kage had send only catching peacies of it he was trying to remeber the Hyuuga Genin who had left the Village... It was Haseos friend... Havik regained himself and looked upon the simple and said "I will be sure to remeber that, since the two of you are hear at the same time there is something I need to speak with you both about.
Dureing the festivals comeing up I will be takeing my squad on a trip to some of the Villages, this is due to me needed to buld a bind with them and try to break down some walls with others. I would like to know if there are ay other Kage you would like me to speak with to see if they would like to join us in our allaince."Havik wondered if there were any other Villages he could even trust at the moment, there were still many un solved attacks on the village and know one knew were they came from.

It's dangerous really, not to mention Haseo's powers, which he cannot control still. I myself would hesitate to go alone in the other villages except leaf. We've been warned, Kirigakure and Otogakure were allied and wanted to strike us. Misuki knows better, she was the messenger." he said. "I didn't stop you for nothing."

"I will talk with you about this in private, I am sure haseo would rather not have all his information shared with such a crowed."Havik had a few ideas on how to keep Haseo under contol and it wasn't a good Idea to keep Haseo locked up in the Village,

Sand Village|Chuunin|Taijutsu Class|Genjuu Kinzoku Bloodline Deil took in all they said, and was surprised at some of the things they said. So there is a man out there as fast or faster than I am. And what's scary is that he does it with stealth. Deil heard that they would now be in a special group of ANBU called ROOT, and looked over at Misuki. Well, it looks like fate has found a way to bring us together again. Deil then remembered something he had been meaning to talk to the Kazekage about, but decided to include most of the people here. "If I may, I have something I would like to discuss with you two kage and ROOT about. Would it be okay if you made the others leave? This is something that only we should be discussing." He hoped that Havik's feelings would not be hurt, but what he was about to disclose about his fighting style should be between these five people only. Havik, Kurocku, Gomez, and the Kazekage's lady would need to leave or not be able to hear his conversation before he spoke. [Oh god, I made the 666th post in this topic! I wonder what will happen to me?]

 Misuki SindoueSindoue clan | Suna | ChuuninMisuki sighed when she heard about the prospect of an runaway Hyuuga genin joining the Akatsuki and wondered if there was a particular reason for them to recruit him. 'Well, as she said, to train a Hyuuga from scratch could very well work to their advantage and if trained correctly the eyes could be very benefical to them. It's a bit dishearting to see how people could so easily switch sides.' As she continued to listen, Misuki did her best to store all the information that was mentioned since sooner or later, they just might have a run in with the akatsuki and this information could prove to be useful.
When Kage walked up to Tyson's desk to draw out the tatoo symbol, Misuki took a moment or two to memorize the design, it was pretty simple design but she was sure there'll be something more to it when the time comes for them to get that mark engraved on their skin. Misuki shivered a bit at the thought but pushed it aside as she heard the conversation between Havik and the Kazekage. Turning to face the Kazekage, Misuki spoke in a polite tone, "Um, Kazekage-sama, regarding that message I relayed to you awhile back. I believe it might be a good idea to recheck on the relationship between the villages. With all that's been going on, I believe there might be a chance for some villages to break or form alliances. Sending someone to check might be a wise decision but it'll also be a risky task to perform."

Seven Tailed Host Havik took the lead after Mistuki spoke "And sense I am the strongest ninja in the Village aside from yourself Sir I think it should be myself, I have a plan to deal with Haseo if need be, and its one of the things I would like to speak with you about, and it seems the Nibi is laying dormat for while. If your worried about an attack I doubt it would happen if we were in a full squad, also there is no fighting permeted dureing the festival." Havik didn't really care about Deil wanting to speak along he was more focused on his and the Kage conversation, Havik assumed it had something to do with whatever made his so fast, at the gates, whatever it was it made it so that Deil might almost match the power that Havik had realesed from Kaku, which ammused Havik seeing as how according to the Badger Havik had barley sratched the surface of how much power he could unlock.

She was almost certain that she heard the girl breathing rather heavily. Noticing the current seriousness of the situation, Misuki sighed regretably and remained rooted to her spot. 'I'm sure if that girl has a problem, she'll seek medical attention from the hospital. If I have time later, I'll make sure to go find her and check on her condition.' "Um, Kazekage-sama, regarding us being stationed at Leaf, when would you like us to leave?"

Tyson Kurochi Kage | Sand | Hachibi Tyson listened for a moment, before shrugging his shoulders. "Fine, do whatever you want. My friend here will go with you, so, basically, from here on and until you finish your mission in Leaf, she's the Kage and you shall ask only her."he said. Then, suddenly, his eyes caught a limping Sana, he was confused until he remembered that she had cancer. He sighed and performed swiftly a set of hand seals, once again performing another normal Clone. The clone walked out of the office, he walked towards Sana while he spoke in a louder voice than normal. "Sana! Wait!" he said, walking quickly over to her.
OOC:Havik, I think that you made your RPC a bit too Arrogant. I know it's your RPC, but, seriously? Strongest Ninja in the village? Do you know how many ANBU's and Jounin are there? Anyways, I'll let you go. And Deil, no. If you would read what Kage whispered to tyson, you'll know what's going on.
