Ah, for some reason I hadn't noticed that. Well, I still don't know what she had in mind for that, so is it possible you can wait for her? Sorry.

Mistah: It seems a bit over powered really. Basically turning a normal ninja into a match for a summon specialist if they just happened to be battling in a petting zoo. ( Try to picture that. It is hilarious. )

If you could nerf the main parts down some, it would be highly appreciated. Such as the animal being able to learn jutsu at A rank. If this is to be included, it should really be a higher level. I'm not sure it really deserves S rank, but it's higher than A. Maybe add in a specific cost for it?

And for questions! Does the animal being able to learn jutsu mean you have to teach them, or do they magically learn jutsu that you know? If it is the former, what learning bonus/penalty do they have? I'd personally think they should be penalized with a higher post count, seeing as they are unintelligent beings that should normally never be able to learn such things.

As for the animals being granted an element, I'm not sure how I really feel on that. Does that mean they can learn elemental jutsu, or just that they can use the special effects until the chakra runs out?

On that note, the special effects need set limits. You have it saying that various bad things will happen if overused. That needs to be defined. Is overuse five times, or fifty times? How many posts of cool down are needed in between uses to keep from over powering it?

And, possibly most important, does the chakra used to transform these animals stay with them as their new supply?

Well yeah with the elemental effects most of the attacks would just be things like fire breathe. I figure that they could perform jutsu but have to play twice as much for it since it would probably be all large and wild. So they would have to pay 14 points for a B Rank instead of 7. I think that a majority of the attacks would have to be taught to them by Ukiyo. It would be like an animal trainer, they could teach them most of their tricks but there might be some cool things that they already knew on their own. My thinking is that the animal should have a chakra pool equal to the user divided by half. So since I have 180 chakra, they would have 90.

But back to the element thing. I rather then just use the special effects but I suppose there would be some elemental jutsu they could learn but that number is limited since the animal would need to have five fingers and be able to perform the needed handsigns. Though if they are learning something I think it should take an extra 2 posts to do so.

The chakra would stay in them but it would run rather quickly since they would be charged double for using jutsu. They would probably also be needing a longer resting time I would think.

I think that that overuse should be five times and if used five times it should leave the animal in critical condition and possible a coma. The cool down would need to be perhaps 2 days in RL?

Do you think that these animals would need ninja types? I rather not have to select them but if its needed then I'll throw that in there.

Name of Jutsu: Ikimono Shinka- Animal Evolution

Description: The Animal Evolution Jutsu is one that has been passed down from the Chiroku clan for years until it was recently forbidden due to the effects it had on the members of he clan. When a Chiroku Clan member learns this jutsu they give up every and all chances they have to sign a summoning contract. The clan member taints their blood with the blood of three different animals and once their blood has mixed with the blood of the animals it can no longer be exchange for any other animals. By finding an animal of the same species that they mixed their blood with they can wipe blood on the back of the animal and apply chakra to it. By doing this the animal grows in proportion to the users chakra level. The user can only do this to one animal of the three species at a time and the jutsu does not stop until the animal has died.

Starting at C Rank, any natural abilities that the animal has starts to become enhanced. The more chakra the animal recieves the more intelligence the animal gains as well though if the animal cannot speak unless it recieves B Rank or higher.

At A Rank the animal can start to learn jutsu. (*Note: Animals without five fingers can not perform jutsu that requires handsigns...obviously!!)

The animal is bonded to the user, meaning they can't be more then a couple of miles apart unless the user gives additional chakra to keep them sealed to one enclosed area. Doing so cost B ranked chakra to create and A Rank Chakra to break the seal.

If the animal receives S Rank chakra it's dna become altered to use the element of whatever element the user has naturally. (*Refer to chart to see what each element can do. Only one element may be picked and if the element is not the users main element then the element will not be as powerful.) All element effects fade after five posts and have to be recharged with A Rank Chakra from the user except for the Bloodkin animal of the user.

The Bloodkin animal of the user is the users favorite animal species out of the three picked and the animal that the user has the most connection too. This animal does not suffer from pain when using one of the element nor does its effect fade. This Bloodkin animal is equivalent to a Boss Summon.

When one of these animals are using a jutsu they will have to spend twice as many chakra points, so they would have to pay 14 points for a B Rank instead of 7. These animals have the chakra reserves that the user has divided by 2. So if the user had 180 chakra points the animals would have 90. When using this Jutsu the user can only give chakra equal to or lower then the rank of the user. When the animal feels pain the user feels pain as well and if the animal dies the user become immobile for one post.

*Chart of Elements
Raiton- The animal becomes slightly faster then normal. When the animal bites or scratches a foe they release some electrical damage. If the animal is touched someone who doesn't have the Raiton element may receive a bit of a jolt. Everytime a jolt is sent through the animals body, the animal receives internal damage to its organs and tissues. Too much electricity can cause the animals heart to stop or for it to lose control of other bodily funtions.

Katon- If the animal has a tail, then the tail may have a little flame on it and if the animal has wings some of the feather's tips may be on fire. The animal can emit short bursts of fire from their mouths but when used the animal will burn its throat slight and possible burn their whole neck off if used too much.

Fuuton- The animal is able to jump higher if it doesn't have the natural ability of flight. If the animal can fly then it can move around faster. By taking in air the animal can release strong gust of sharp wind but the wind can end up having the same effect as Katon if not used properly and can result in the animal's neck coming clear off.

Suiton- The animal is able to breathe underwater if it doesn't have the natural ability. If the animal can already do that then it can move around faster underwater. The animal is able to spit out highly pressurized water from his or her mouth that can be very sharp and powerful but if used to much the animal can dehydrate itself and die.

Doton- The animal is able to release powerful shockwaves through the ground by stomping on it. The shockwaves can travel pretty long distances. It can move longer if moved in a straight and narrow line but it is also able to be used in a circular shockwave. Each time the animal stomps it does internal damage to its own bones and tissues. After each use the animal moves a bit slower and if used to much the animal can lose one of its limbs.
**Note: If an animal uses their special abilities five times without a resting period then they they will be placed under critical condition and more then likely die. If this happens it would be at least two day in RL time before the animal will be able to make a full recovery.

Nagamoto bit his finger as he summoned a tremendous sized, A Ranked, snake to attack and kill Ukiyo. The snakes chakra levels were tremendous and they locked their eyes onto Ukiyo. They hissed as the opened there mouths and charged towards him with empty stomachs. Ukiyo shook his head as he began to run into a nearby forest, leaping tree to tree in efforts to flee from these monsters. Dammit! Where is he? Ukiyo continued to run as the snakes mowed down the trees with ease. The C Ranked Summon began snapping at him as he tried his best to dodge it, nearly getting ripped apart. "Hey! I know you like to make Supa Dupa Dynamic Entries but don't you think its time you showed your face!!!" The ground began to rumble as the snakes stopped moving. Ukiyo kept running for a while with a smile now on his face. A large wave a chakra seemed to be storming near them as a large grizzly bear with spiked fur could be seen charging towards them. "It's about damn time!" The large Grizzly bear and Ukiyo's favorite side kick came bursting into action. The Bear quickly went after the A Ranked Snake, biting it on the neck close to its head. As the bear continued to bit down it administers lightning shocks through the snakes body, damaging the bear slightly. Seeing the Grizzly wince in pain slightly, Ukiyo decided he needed to step in. Performing some handsigns Ukiyo came towards the snake as lightning gathered to his right hand and her jumped to attack the snakes belly. "Chidori!" Ukiyo had helped the bear but only a little bit as he had only done enough damage to slightly cut the beast and not kill it. The Snake slid more pass the bears teeth, cutting itself in the process but gaining more room to maneuver. The snake turned around as it bit down on the bears neck and took it down. They struggled for a bit, as they reached a stalemate and it just came down to who had the bigger bite. Nagamoto had finally arrived in the scene and the reason for his delay became obvious as he appeared. Nagamoto had went into Snake Sage Mode, and although Ukiyo was capable of bringing forth large beast like a summoner, he could never become a sage.

Nagamoto outstretched his arms at a speed faster then Ukiyo could follow with his regular eyes. He was hit in the face quickly and repetitively as he tried to get away. Nagamoto made some more handsigns as he brought out his boss summon. The Snake was huge, even bigger then the last. Ukiyo heard a loud snap as he looked over. The Grizzly had ripped off the snakes neck and began to stand up. It's neck was still bleeding a bit but he was definitely still rready to fight. The bear charged to the large snake but it seemed the wounds that came from the other summon had proved to be to much. The snake swung its head quickly as it knocked him down and lunged for the bears neck. Within seconds the Boss Summon ripped out the bears throat as Ukiyo began to back away. "Its not over yet! You've yet to face my bloodkin! Engisu!" Ukiyo performed one handsign as he broke the seal placed on his favorite of all animals, the elephant. This large beast was very tall and at the same height as the boss summon. Ukiyo smiled as Engisu charged towards the snake shaking the ground.

The snake was much faster then the elephant and had a lot lest trouble moving around. It slithered between the elephants legs for a moment as it bit its stomach a couple of times. Realizing what the snake was trying to do, the elephant put its trunk to face underneath its body as it released a fire stream to burn the snake. The monstrous reptile hissed as it began to wrap itself around the Elephant to crush its body. Quickly jerking its head back the large mammal strike the snake twice in its body and one good time on its head. After being hit on the head the snake constriction weakened as it slithered off. Nagamoto ran toward the elephant as he jumped in the air. "Sage Tech- Venom Cannon!" A large purple blast came towards Engisu as it knocked him back and off his feet. Ukiyo charged towards Nagamoto activating his anigan and transforming into a werewolf. Engisu stood for a moment, a little shaken by the powerful sage technique. Charging again, a little slower this time Engisu attacked the dazed snake. The snake summon was able to dodge and bite his trunk but only after being cut by his tusks. Blood began to pour from both of these animals as they struggled to gain dominance. Ukiyo was off fighting Nagamoto when he heard the screech of his elephant and felt that he had died. Realizing that he would be outmatched by Nagamoto not only because of his sage mode but because his summon was going to be coming soon, Ukiyo whistled as he ran away and jumped high into the sky. Before he could fall back down, a giant Raven flew by as he landed on its back to fly away. "Damn you Nagamoto. I will kill you! One day."
