Tai couldn't believe His eyes, The kage was in his field of vision. This was his first time seeing him, and he couldn't hold in his excitement, His huge grin, flashing shark-like teeth, and the obvious brightness in his eyes, He was ecstatic.
"Hokage-Sama!"

He thought that now, would be the perfect time to learn his second elemental technique, He had already mastered his three basic jutsus, and his first elemental one, and now, before the kages own eyes, he would show his potential. He quickly snatched the scroll from his backpack, Dropped it on the ground, and with his other hand he whipped it open. He studied the scroll for just a moment.
"Hanpatsu kaze no jutsu,eh?"
He skillfully picked a shuriken from his holster with his middle finger, and threw it up into the air,flashing an overconfident
shark-tooth grin, before hopping back, as the shuriken fell until it was waist-high to Taiki, as he was stretching his leg back, waiting for the moment that it fell , flat-side facing him. He swung his leg foreward, like a well aimed pendulum, sending the shuriken flying, as he immediatly planted his feet after the kick, waiting until the shuriken was about eight feet from him.
Tai lifted his hands, forming hand symbols quickly, one after another. He then sprung his hands outward, and from seemingly nowhere, a strong gust of wind caught the shuriken, and sent it directly back to it's owner, who caught it in the same hand, with the same middle finger that had launched it. He pocketed the Shuriken, and grinned proudly, unaware if the kage had even seen his efforts.
"Awwww yeah. I'm awesome."

"I guess i should go..." Kuza let out a sigh and turned towards the exit to the training grounds. She then turned back and waved to Zin with a smile. "Bye Zin!" She was thankful that Zin offered to help but she needed to get things done. She then left the training grounds.

Kuza quickly entered the training grounds and ran past Zin without looking at him, she was still on that mission of her's and she wanted to finish it. She had spent enough time preparing her life and truely wanted to begin it, she wanted to be someone, someone that everyone knew. She skidded to a halt on the grass next to the tree that had the broken katana in it, that now was her favorite spot to train. She quickly pulled out both scoll adn unrolled them on the read and read them over. "hmm.. lets start with this one...Doton: Bunshin no Jutsu... Description...This jutsu creates one single clone out of the ground. Its defense is incredible, and it's very powerful, but lacks speed. Two hits will destroy the bunshin." She nodded to her self then stood up looking around. "this should be easy... iv already learned how to make a basic clone" She quickly did the correct hand signs and said, "Doton: Bunshin no Jutsu!" A exactly clone of her self quickly rose from the ground its self and stood next to her. "perfect!" She then quickly dismissed the clone and moved back over to the scrolls and rolled up the one for the clone and placed it in her cloak. "ok now heres this one... might be more difficult! but i can do it" She quickly read it agian then said it out loud to herself. "Doton: Doroku Gaeshi... Description...In the jutsu, the user lifts up a giant piece of earth and uses it as a shield. Never mind that sounds really simple!" She quickly stood up and walked a few feet from the scroll and did the hand signs and said, "Doton: Doroku Gaeshi!" She then lifts up a giant piece of earth that is about 5 feet by 5 feet, and 3 inches thick. "Wow i did it! im geting good at this!"

Vincent had allowed things to progress in front of him. The only thing that he needed to do was to wait. Wait for Daichi-sensei to say the word for the C-rank mission, whatever it would be. Vincent wanted to continue training but there was nothing else that he could learn as far as his Katon Jutsus. He could have learned the Raiton jutsus that were in those scrolls that Shou had "given" to him but he wasn't sure how much time he had. Let alone if he could learn the Raiton jutsus. Added to the fact that a lot of them were high level jutsus so he couldn't learn it being only a genin.
"Come on, Daichi!" Vincent cursed out in his mind, "Where the hell are you?"

Matsuya laughed a little, blowing a single strand of silver hair from his eyes as he did. "It's true, we were born the same year. But Kai....I've seen things. Things in Kirigakure aren't the same as the way they are here or in Iwagakure. In Kiri, from the moment you're able to walk and hold a sword, you're a weapon. I've seen training matches escalade into full scale fights to the death." Matsuya sighed, not wishing to probe deeper into his childhood. "My point is, I know you don't want to see things my or anybody elses way. But in the end, we're all the same. We live, we die, we fight for our beliefs, we're stubborn, and we all have our share of heartbreaks. Yours breaks for your village and your friends, mine aches for what I had to leave behind to get where I am." Matsuya sighed again, looking at the sky still. "I get it, you're angry. And I know I probably can't do anything to help. But let me give you one little piece of advice: don't let your anger consume you and make you do things that you normally wouldn't do." Matsuya rolled over on the large branch, so as to get a better look at the sky. He now wished he'd brought along his sketch book. The sky was beautiful today.

( aw Hello kage ^^ lol iv got a quick question, Can academy student do d-rank missions? i dont think walking a pet requires ninja skills lol also i have everything done except the gennin exams, how do i do that? )

Kuza Smiled briefly as walked over to the last scroll on the ground and rolled it up before putting it back in her cloak. She was satisfied with the work shes done today and wondered what else she would need to do to become a gennin. She turned towards the exit of the training ground but then quickly notice the Hokage over near Zin. "Hmm i guess i could go talk to him" She then quickly took off her brothers head band knowing fully that she wasn't even suppose to wear it yet anyways. After putting the head band away she quickly went over to the Kage and bowed. "kage sir, em sorry to bother you but i have a couple of questions to ask... Can a academy student do D-rank missions?... and when can i do my gennin exam?..."
( lol kinda short >.< )

Zin got quite as he let the cousins speak;even though he hated how they were so tense. If anything,Zin wanted them to be a strong family not one that was crumbling. He hoped Kai had heard what he said as the child gave her one last big hug and stood up. Taking a pebble the child tossed the rock up and would thump Matsuya lightly on the head;though Zin made sure to hit where his head was the thickest so that he wouldn't hurt him."Matsuuuuya-sama!!!! Why don't we all just go to the ramen shop and get something to eat huh? I mean lookie up,"Zin said as he pointed to the sky,"Beautiful sky....Gentle breeze. Even mister crazy hobo guy isn't there! So we should all get something and enjoy this day while it lasts,yes?"Zin said looking up and down to Kai and Matsuya before turning around and seeing me Kuza,"Kuuuza-chan!!!!"The boy said as he bounced over and gave her a hug,"I hope your doing well!!!!"Zin said happily as he moved over to Vincente and sighed,"Oi....Wanna just....I dunno....See if we can do the mission ourselves? It's not like we are as strong as we were when we first became Genin."Zin said grimmly as it was very hard to complete missions if their sensei was.....well busy. Infact,he even wondered if Konoha had any enemies in which they could possibly do some undercover work;at least it would let Zin see what he needed to do to become one of them. Sighing once more,Zin lifted his hand and let a snake come out of his right sleeve and spit out his Doton scroll before slithering back in. But before we do go,I think I need to brush up my element a bit. Unfornately,I don't think I'm that strong with the ones I have currently.

Zin found a rather interesting jutsu as he knew he didn't really have any moves that were in the defensive category. Placing his scroll down with Nagi swirling around it the child removed his kimono and folded it,before moving over to were some mud was. When Zin came back he'd look like a child that was playing catch in the rain as his forearms,shoulderblades,chest and back along with a little bit of his abdomen to protect his solar plexus. Nagi hissed to Zin as Zin hissed back,"I'll be cleaned off once I finish this move."He said as he flicked his tounge to Nagi who hissed back again before showing Zin the scroll. Zin looked down at the hand-signs required and nodded as he knew he could complete this technique with ease. Putting up his into the proper seal,Zin fluently went through the technique as his mind made a photo of the technique so he didn't need to really look back at the scroll,"Doton:Ishi Yoroi un Ude (Earth Release:Stone Bracers)!!!"When Zin called out the name and spoke the words the chakra instantly hardened completely and made a light armor for the boy. It was durable and thick enough to protect Zin from strikes but light enough that Zin could even perform Shukuchi with it on.
Speaking of weights,Zin looked to Nagi,"You still have my weights?"Zin asked him as Nagi nodded and pushed out his wrist and ankle weights that Zin took off when he napped. Turning the metal of the weights that will be applied to his ankles to fifty pounds,while the ones on his wrists would be adjusted back to fifteen pounds. After releasing chakra from his body and letting the armor crumble off,the young Naga child placed the weights and stretched a little;letting his now weighted body adjust before continuing to the next jutsu.[Doton: Ishi Yoroi un Ude 1/1]

Tai ambled up to the hokage, slightly nervous. He held his head and tried to leave a good impression. "Sir, I think I'm qualified to graduate to a Genin. I've learned all of the necessary skills."He tried his best to hide his oh-so-obvious insecurity, but it was most likely given away by the awkward look on his face.

Zin placed his Doton scroll next to Nagi as he once again raised his right arm. For those that would be looking,now that Zin had his shirt off they would see the snakes actually coming out of his arm and releasing the scroll he desired before slipping back. This time,he took taijutsu scrolls which had all known Universal Taijutsu as well as the non-gate release Taijutsu of Konoha. There was one technique that he decided to learn and knew it would be quite beneficial for him to learn it incase he ever did get someone airbourne. Sitting down in a meditative way,Zin closed those serpant eyes of his and began to think about what he needed to do to perform the technique perfectly.
First,Zin imagined an opponenent infront of him as he got up and retracted his left hand behind his back,settled at the middle of his back,while his right was passively up-turned and awaiting his move;the basic Taijutsu stance of Konoha. Closing his eyes,Zin waited for his opponent to come as he stepped back and dodged the strikes his opponent made. Soon,Zin could predict his opponents movements by the way his muscles clentched before the strike in which Zin ducked down and did a 'Rising Tiger Kick' into his stomach to lift him off the ground. Zin's eyes flashed dangerously as he hissed and jumped after his opponent grabbing his ankles and yanking him forcibly off balance. Locking his ankles and wrapping his legs around to lock the rest of the body while his ankles locked the neck from moving,Zin slammed himself down to break and disrupt his opponents spine.
Zin re-opened his eyes after thinking throughly over the technique and hissed softly to Nagi,"I believe this move would be better.....If I could possibly make myself faster. I'm....probably the fastest ninja here now with the training I've recieved. But...If I become faster...I'm quite sure this move would go off without a hitch."Zin said as he leaned back and looked up at the clouded skiy;taking a small break before learning one more jutsu before calling it a night.[ Hayabushi Otoshi (Peregrine Falcon Drop) 1/1]

Zin stretched and decided to make a jutsu that would help him and his teamates in the up and coming mission. Kneeling down on his knee's,Zin raised his hands up and looked to a rock that was ahead. First,he'd begin to control his chakra and get his chara stable before tempting the technique first.

Matsuya rolled over on the branch to look at the two students. "Well, once you pass, you can do all the D-Rank missions you wish. But I just have to ask one question." Matsuya moved the hair from his eyes. "What does it truely mean, in your opinion, to be a shinobi. I know, it may seem like a simple answer, but really think about it. You can take a minute if you wish." Matsuya couldn't bring himself to look at Zin, no matter how proud he was. The fact that a child had been trying, and had succeded in keeping peace bothered him. It made sense, giving Zin's nature. But nonetheless, Matsuya felt as if it should have been him.
