Rudolf ran after the others. He caught a glimpse of Sakura as she ran off with Ammy. "Sakura?" He said confused. He noticed the water shooting out as well. "River what wrong?"Roland had followed the others when they went running downstream. "What is Sakura doing here?" He mused, "And what is up with the river?" He wasn't sure how they were going to get acrossed it now. "We should probably get over the river soon before we end up stuck over here."Having lost sight of the wolf that fell into the water and the anthro that saved her the Watery sunk back down into the water. The next wolf or creature to fall into the water wouldn't escape. The Watery didn't notice the knights and swan up stream, making the current slow slightly.((Here are some pics of the Watery.)) Garaden turned to Journey. "Are you sure he's not here?" He flicked his ears back at the withering look he recieved. "Duh, of course you're sure. Thank you." He finished Atreyu's thought. "Then he must be at the house by now. Or wherever he was headed." He looked at the river again, then at Naito. "I wonder if it's the river, or something in the river..." He looked at the river again, taking a half step closer to look into it. "And if it's something in the river, maybe we could get ride of it somehow. I mean, should we even leave it there? The way it pulled Ammy down..."
Journey was standing next to Rudolf. "You know the anthro? That gal, I mean, Ammy, must be safe with her then." She looked at the river. "Hey! It's slowing down." She then growled softly in irritation. "But not by a whole lot 'parently. Looks like we'll be having that vine swingin' match after all."

Relaxing as the stream slowed, Atreyu turned to the others and then nodded at Roland's suggestion.
"If Ammy and the anthro are on the other side, we should probably join them. Our business on this side is done for now..." Casting a look back from where they ran and at the bridge, he shook his head. There was no possible way it was safe to get over that way. "But vine swinging must do then."
Moving to the very edge of the river and focusing on a high branch hanging over the water, he studied it for a moment and then nodded. It looked sturdy enough to hold everyone's weight. Pawing at the ground, a thick vine shot up from the ground and up towards the tree, winding itself around the branch he was focusing on. Leaning down and with snap from his fangs, the vine disconnected itself from the ground and he grabbed it tightly in his mouth. He brought his head back and swung the vine out to test it and was pleased when it returned to him. He turned to the others and tilted his head.
"Whose first?" He asked
"I'm voting there's something in the water...maybe there's a ghost in the water." Kai suggested as he paused in his slight retreat as something finally hit him that Journey had said earlier. He had been to caught up in Ammy nearly drowning that he hadn't thought much of it. He looked towards Journey and tilted his head. "Wait, how do you know for sure about what you said earlier? About Ivan being in the woods before Ammy was in the water..."

Roland looked at Atreyu and smiled. "Better make it Rudolf." He said, "Otherwise we're going to fight him to cross." He looked over at Rudolf and made an 'after you' gesture.
Rudolf was looking at the river and noticed that it did slow down somewhat. "Journey you right are." He said, "Water in something." He nodded then looked at Roland hurt. He put his ears down slightly upset that Roland would say such a thing, He looked at the vine then the river and gulped. "Fine first go I." He walked over to Atreyu and took the vine. He took a step back then swung across the river, letting go in time to land on the other shore. It was like his mother said, swinging off of vines were fun. He moved out of the way and looked at the others.
Roland smiled when Rudolf swung over. "See it wasn't so bad." He shouted. He then turned to Atreyu with a sigh. "I'll go next then." He said grabbing the vine as it swung back. He took a step back before swinging across. He easily made it to the other side. He moved over to the Rudolf and waited for the others.

Garaden laughed at Rudolf's face after swinging. He looked like he had enjoyed that. "Way to go Rudolf!" He watched Roland swing across too, then flicked his tail nervously. "My turn I guess." He grabbed the vine and stepped back as far as he could. With a running start he jumped and swung across the river easily, though his heart skipped a beat when his tail brushed against the water.
Journey watched Atreyu's ability with interest until Kai caught her attention. She cocked her head and smiled. "That's righ'. We just met." She trotted over to him. "I have the ability ta go back in time. That's what I did. Sometimes I can even go forward, but it's not often and can only go a few minutes ahead." She nodded to where Ivan and Ammy had jumped. "I saw them try ta jump the river. They weren't going ta make it, so Ammy gave Ivan a kick so that he could. He tumbled off inta the woods and ran like she told him ta before she even hit the river."

Atreyu watched Garaden, Roland and Rudolf swing across the river with amusement. It was entertaining watching the others but he was starting to feel the effects of running through the woods for the night and dealing with a wolf earlier. Fighting back the urge to yawn, he barked at Kai to get his attention from Journey.
"Come on Kai, some of us do need our rest."
Kai listened to Journey's explanation and his mouth was wide with amazement. She could time travel and he had to admit, that was pretty handy and an awesome technique.
"That's amazing Journey... and really handy. You're like a walking time machine." Kai laughed and shook his head. "Can you like... talk to people that you bump into?"
He heard Atreyu bark at him to hurry up and he shook his head.
"I guess I'll just ask you more about it in the sitting room---that is, if you are going there."
Kai turned and trotted over to the vine and took it from Atreyu. Backing up like the others, he took off and swung out across the river. He landed roughly on the opposite shore and sent the vine back for the others.
"That wasn't as bad as I thought would be."

Roland looked around as he waited for the others to cross. "Well I'm going to head on home." He said walking off in the direction of Blue's cabin, "I need to take care of this stuff. It was fun helping you knights and may you hav long days and pleasant nights." He nodded to the knights then walked off into the woods.
Rudolf looked at Roland and smiled. "Bye." He said waving a paw, "Blue tell hi I." He lturned to Kai and nodded. It wasn't that bad swinging on the vine.

Journey wagged her tail happily. She was about to answer when Atreyu barked. She gave Kai a happy yip. "I'd love ta join you guys there. Though I don't know where it is."
Catching the vine as it was tossed back, Journey swung across. Landing rather gracefully, she turned back and howled with delight. "Heck with the bridge! That was wicked!"
Ears twitching at the word rest, a yawn slipped through his maw. He couldn't wait to get back and see Blair. He wondered if she liked mystery movies too. Garaden waved bye to Roland, then sat down to laugh at Journey.

Naito watched as the others crossed. He was hesitant to do so trying to think of what happened in the river. He shook it aisde, but made sure not to let it get to his head. The purple moonlit climbed some trees and hoped from one to another to cross. Eventually, he headed back to give Ava his gift.

Watching Naito cross, Atreyu barked goodbye to Roland.
"Farewell Roland, may our paths meet again." Atreyu called to him.
Satisfied everyone was across, Atreyu took hold of the vine and swung across. He landed gracifully and let the vine swing out into the middle of the river. "I guess someone can use it later. Well today was definitely eventful but let's get back. I never thought I'd have a enough of nature..." He said, glancing back at the river that had caused them so much trouble. He turned to the path and trotted onward.
Kai looked towards the path and yawned.
"I really want some hot chocolate..." He said slowly. He glanced at Journey and chuckled. "Don't worry, we'll show ya. It's not even that hard to find either."
Kai noticed Atreyu trotting off and he barked at him before following him.

Naito was still wondering what on earth was with the river. He shook his head. "Well at least everyone is safe." He then darted off to the house. Lately he had been thinking thoughts to himself. Some that he didn't know whether to ask someone else or just figure it out himself. It was common anyways for him to do things on his own anyways since he always had been like that in some ways.

Rudolf nodded at what Atreyu and Kai said. He had enough of nature and hot chocolate sounded great. "Wait me up for." He called running after the others.
Ammy walked through the woods heading for the house. She keep shaking herself since her fur felt odd. She wasn't used to being toweled dried. She smiled as she thought of seeing her friend and godchildren.
(Rudolf to the sitting room, Ammy to kitchen.)

Garaden barked at Kai. "Wait. We have hot chocolate?" He looked over at Rudolf and smiled. He deserved a treat; the wolf with the goggles had come through unharmed, though the same couldn't be said for himself. He pawed at his ear gently. The blood had dried... and now it itched again. Grumbling, he headed after the others, pausing frequently the paw at his ear.
Journey smiled at Kai. "Thanks." She held back a little to watch the knights walk on. 'Could I really fit in with them? Will they let me be a knight?' She shook her head. If that lead guy, um, Atreyu, said she had a chance, then she was sure she had a chance. Grinning, she skipped after them.

Kuoni stuck her head out the back door and looked around cautiously. Making sure the yard was clear, she smiled widely and stepped fully out, holding her face up to the sun. She hadn't been outside since the pups were born. All four of them! She turned and woofed encouragingly. "Come on kids."
She was hoping that she might be able to take the kids to finally meet their grandmother today. And possibly find a guardian for the pup that had to be given away...
Nima was the first of the pups to follow their mother outside. She blinked up at the bright sun and yipped at it. She hopped after Kuoni and rolled in the grass. "This tickles!" She squeaked.
Tersi was the second to leave the house. She looked directly up at the sun, flinching away and whining loudly. "Momma! That hurts my eyes!!" She spotted Nima rolling on the ground. Copying her big sister, Tersi yelped in alarm when she sat back up. "Momma! There's dirt all over my fur! I just had a bath too!"
The third to come outside was Kuoni's third child Wyatt Earp. Wyatt stood on the porch, looking with wide-eyed curiosity around the back yard. It was so big! He looked down at Tersi and sighed. "It's just dirt, goofy. Not a big deal." He looked back at the open door. "Come on Doc! Keep up!" He called playfully.

Doc Holliday followed after his family. "I'm coming Wyatt. Chill out." He said before starting to hack and cough. Once his coughing spell was over he went down the steps and walked into the yard. "Where are we going Mom?" He asked looking around. He then stretched his legs before he rolled around on the ground.
((I can't remember but Doc is the second eldest right?))
Vipin was outside in the woods by the cabin. He was watching over someone and was a bit jumpy. "Can we go back?!" He whined, "You've been out long enough." He looked over to the one he was watching, a white and blue female who had bandages all over her and a cast on a leg.
Lux looked at Vipin and shook her head. "No way. I just got out. Besides it's daytime and I can't do anything but walk around." She said feeling a slight breeze, "Ah that feels so good."
