Tjaden watched as Erron made his desperate attempt to save the stalwart cleric, but the dwarf did not budge. For a moment, Tjaden expected Ronus' divine power had a chance of turning the monstrosity bearing down upon him, his chest swelling with hope...hope that was dashed against the wall like Ronus' brains were dashed across the floor. The valiant dwarf's demise was enough to irritate the Orc's sense of duty. Evil's triumph was enough to anger Tjaden's righteous wrath. It was all enough to make Tjaden snap.
His all too human eyes became a bestial flame of anger as his green knuckles became white with his tightened grip. His body trembled, not with fear but with ire. He stalked forward, slowly at first, the steady thunk of his heavy boots and metal armour ringing with every step. As he crossed the distance, he gained in speed, glowing sword held high, shining shield held before him, light casting dire shadows across his furrowed face as a savage battle cry was ripped from his lips.
He knew it did not feel fear and he knew it was strong, but he did not care. As formidable as it was, TJaden would give it reason to know that there was little that could withstand the full on charge of a raging Orcish Knight.
(Tjaden activiates his racial rage ability and, if able, charges the creature.)

Tjaden charges with Orcish rage at the Bone Golem!

Results: The Construct staggers back as Tjaden's furious charge sends multiple strikes against its bone encrusted exterior. The blade slices through multiple rib cages though the golem screeches in defiance and prepares to make a counterattack.

Erron kneels at the charred remains of their dwarven ally, lamenting the loss of their friend, he mutters "May you find the peace that escaped you on earth, in the arms of your god."
He then stands to turn towards the bone golem that Tjaden had just charged and staggered. "This battle must not continue any longer." he whispered to himself, as he began a sprint to join the fray, he would not allow this beast to harm any more of them, it was time to break this monster into so many pieces that not even a hungry stray would find anything interesting left to gnaw on, as he began to approach Tjaden's back and the off balance monster he tensed his legs and leaped clear over his enraged comrade's head, shifting his weight into momentum he attacks the monster with missile drop kick with a battle shout!

Erron attacks with momentum!
1-2 Minor damage dealt, the Golem lashes back, dealing minor damage in return 3-9 Moderate damage dealt, the Golem's left arm falls apart 10 Critical hit, the Golem's left arm and left side fall to the floor
Results: The Golem shudders in response to Erron's aerial assault. The bones clatter and shatter as its entire left arm crashes to the floor, splintering into hundreds of fragments.
The undead construct screeches as it begins to strike back as it begins to charge once again. Nothing would stop this undead juggernaut...
It neared the orcish knight, its scythe arm raised high, but suddenly at its apex, it began to backpedal.
It is only here that the final moments of Ronus Gorn's life truly begin to shine. He had, in fact, completed his spellcasting only a split second before his untimely demise. A prayer to Hroflnir, dwarven god of battle, sent to him a holy chant which only now, after the darkness had been weakened enough to activate the Glyph of Death to Undeath. His proud dwarven voice seemed to resound with the emanation of the glyph throughout the entire audience chamber.
"By the divine 'ammer of the Supreme Lord o' Battles, ye abomination o' darkness belong naught on this earth."
The Golem began screeching and flailing at the unknown force as it began to pervade its entirety.
"From ashes to ashes, dust to dust, I deny ye, with all the strength o' me own spirit! I deny ye, back ta the burnin' Hells with ye!" The undead beast cried out one last time as each and every bone within its body began to disintegrate into dust, leaving nothing but a pile of ash on the floor where the mighty ten foot tall creature loomed only moments before.
Ronus was gone, but his spirit was surely in the great halls of his ancestors due to his final act in this world.

Selce watched shocked in awe at the massive amount of force that had surrounded Ronus. The price finally registered to her, the death of a friend. The tears began to fall and rather than to hide them she let them flow, a river of memory for her friend. She soon found herself on herself sprawled on the stairs shaking in wracking sobs. She started to pull her composure back to what it once had been but she only teared up more. She stood suddenly and continued to the other side of the hall. She called in a ball of Light into being above her head as she hurried on ahead wanting something to stand before her.

Kal shugged. It was done and the creature was dead. "We really need to move on, now," the halfling spoke to the group, this time looking around the room for an exit. They needed to get out of there before another monster took it's place.
Before Selce could get too far, he made sure to get in front of her, inspecting the path for traps, ready to disengage any he found... or try anyway. ((Editted.))

Tjaden watched as the shocked party picked itself up from the encounter and forced itself onward. with a vigorous shake, Tjaden cleared the dust that had covered him from the creature's demise. With quick steps Tjaden made his way to Selce's side. He say the tear-streaked cheeks and the solemn determination.
Tjaden put out his hand and rested it on Selce's shoulder, trying to slow her steps a bit as Kal hurried to take the lead. "I know his death may renew you purpose, Selce, but perhaps we should let Kal set the pace. No need to make the same mistake did." Tjaden said referring to the trap he set off earlier, "our success will be our testament to his final action."
After saying this, Tjaden hung back, turning to look to Erron, waiting for the monk, meaning to see what to do about the dwarf's remains.

Selce shook her head refusing to listen to the reason. "His final action saved us all. He paid the price willingly to save us." She shook her head again and despite her words let Kal get about 10 paces ahead. She was ready for anything that dared to show it's ugly undead head. Suddenly a thought came to her, what better place for a necromancer to be than a sealed area with odd magical energies. She hoped she was wrong but just in case she told Kal to be very careful. She cast a spell a Calling to locate the unique energy of her Familiar, and put a geas to bring him here.

Kal's black silk cloak moved softly through the air as he snuck about ahead of the group, using the dim light he had to see ahead of them. He could hear them talking behind him. "Do you want to call the enemies to us?" he asked them softly. Noise drew creatures, he knew that. Noise and light, but the light they couldn't help, they needed it. Noise however... they could save the talking for later, right now was a mission. He examined everything he could see before he stepped towards it, he didn't want to spring a trap. But he moved with Haste, they needed to get to the objective.
((And we're walking, and we're walking.... and we're still walking. smile Haha.))

Trap Detected!
Within the confines of the passage leading away from the audience chamber, Kal notices a depression within one of the pillars on either side. There is a small vat of acid behind the trap, prepared to pour into the hall should it be tripped!
Kal has a 65% chance of disarming the trap without triggering it. Kal has a 75% chance to avoid triggering the trap should he fail.
Option 1: Attempt to disarm it. Option 2: Have one person trigger the trap.

Erron remains silent as the party marches through the halls, his thoughts elsewhere at the moment, his aimless walk is put to a stop as he bumps into Selce who has paused as Kal has located a trap on their path.
Tjaden who also seemed to be concentrating on something besides the dark and unwelcoming halls had been looking at him quizzically earlier in the chamber the bone golem had fallen at a great price, he guessed at this question and whispered to him as Kal contemplated how to handle the trap. "We'll try to make sure his brethren get his body on our way out, its the only decent thing to do."

Tjaden nodded. He didnt want the body to join the ranks of the undead, but they couldn't drag the body along behind them. The Orc left it at the monk's comment and, following the thief's command, fell silent as the halfling attempted to disarm the trap.
