Duct tape dress...that's gonna take a lot of duct tape. xD
I think I know how to make one, though I've never tried it...so who knows how it'll turn out. o w o
Lemme see...starting at the bottom would beh the easiest. You'd take a strip of tape and tape the sticky side to another strip of tape. Make a bunch of tape rings, each one getting smaller until ya reach the waist. And then tape all those rings together.
For the top part, you'd do the same, just make a bunch of tape rings getting larger and then tape them all together.
Hmmm, that would make a duct tape strapless dress. 8D
