Alden finished his song and the figure disappeared back into his bag. He stood up and looked around for who was talking to him, but he found no one. His stomach rumbled and he looked at his cell for the time. He had been playing for hours. He put his guitar away, placing it on his back, and walked out of the building. Trying to remember the map from earlier, he headed for the cafeteria.

When Rille had played the song several times to get the tune into her head, she laid her flute in her lap. This was a song she hadn't really had a chance to sing, and she'd never looked at the lyrics when she pulled it out to play on her flute. She blushed when she realized it was a love song, but began to sing softly anyways. "I have never felt like this, for once I'm lost for words, your smile has really thrown me. This is not like me at all, I never thought I'd know the kind of love you've shown me. Now, no matter where I am, no matter what I do, I see your face appearing like an unexpected song, an unexpected song that only we are hearing. I don't know what's going on, can't work it out at all. Whatever made you choose me? I just can't believe my eyes, you look at me as though you couldn't bear to lose me. Now, no matter where I am, no matter what I do, I see your face appearing like an unexpected song, an unexpected song that only we are hearing." The song modulated upward, and Rille followed the key change with difficulty, thinking it would be much easier if she had a piano accompaniment. Like an unexpected song, an unexpected song that only we are hearing." The song ended on a high 'G', and Rille's eyebrows were lost in her bangs as she streched to hit it. She cut the note short, gasping.

Cain stepped intot he dimmly lit sort of auditorium looking room wich seemed to be deserted of people and posibly any living thing, his eyes traveled around the room as it slowly began to adjust to the dim light and he spotted the piano near the first rows closest tot he stage. This was actualy soemthignt hat ecited him since his life was drowned into the abyss of boredom sicne technology didnt work near him, he walked slowly down the isle thinkign to himself trying to remember how to play the only thing that once braught joy to the dull abyss around him. He stood over the piano for a moment staring down at the keys as he was deep in though trying to rember the one thign he was truly proud of himself for knowing, he had not herd music for much of his lifetime after he quit the piano and longed so much for the sound that would soon fill his ears. Cain hit one of the end keys lightly as it let out a prolonged deep sound that seemed to stretch on forever, he smirked to himself slightly as he raised his finger up again to strike the key a second time.

Cadence stumbled into the Music Hall with her tail coiled around her hand uneasily. Last time she came in here, she had gotten herself caught under a pile of heavy flute cases; it hurts when it's a cat. "O-Oh..."Cadence squeaked, her grip on the flute case in her vacant hand tightening out of protection. no one would ever touch the case; that was something the Neko was certain of. That flute was the closest thing to family Cadence had in Ria, and the thought of losing it made her intensely sick to her stomach. Cadence appeared sick already, her once soft skin clammy and untouchable. Her rounded ruby hues were a grayish tint, and one wouldn't be wrong if she was about to vomit.
The neko had always been afraid of conversing with people; especially letting others hear her music. It wasn't that the girl was bad, actually she was quite perficient, the critisism was too much for Cadence to handle sometimes. She would go into intense depressions when something bad about her was spread around till everyone knew. Whatever the person ahd not liked Cadence would stay far from the item in question; no matter how much the neko enjoyed it. People hating her was something Cadence could never have. Everyone had to adore her in some fashion; hate was not in her vocabulary.
Her chest rose and fell heavily as the neko tried to gain enough courage to actually walk into the music hall; at least five feet. Yes, that was what she was going to do. Take a few baby steps until she had enough confidence to stride in all bubbley. The two pointed cat ears on her head rested back against the furry mane of auburn locks, disappearing into the mass. She scuttled out from the shadows after nearly an hour of careful preparation. As she stepped out, the bright stage lights hit her murky eyes, causing her to grimace; she waited a moment to get used to the rays before continuing. Cadence reached the mid-point of the pathway to the stage only to trip on her bushel tail that caught itself beneath one of her feet. It was as if the world crumbled from underneath the neko; all her confidence was smashed within those few seconds. Cadence couldn't believe herself. The one time she was trying not to be a complete klutz, her body decided against it.
"Nyeeeeehhhhhh!!!!' A screamed erupted from the small neko as she came face to face to face with the floor. She felt her nose smash against the cemented floor, and the warmth of her blood covering her lips. It took her a moment before she realized that her nose was broken, and it brought tears of anger to the girl's eyes. Cadence lied there one the disgusting threshold, trying to regain some sort of composure before standing up again. "Oww..." Cadence muttered, her voice muffled by the blood pooling around her mouth. It was a disgutsing yet pitiful sight. Both paw-like hands clutched over her broken nose, wincing painfully at the touch. The tears were moving down her bloodied cheek sin a steady flow. The mixture of salt and blood was an eerie sight if one knew Cadence.
She choked on her sobs, still trying to breath through her nose. A small blood bubble appeared at teh end of her nostril, exploding after a few breathsw. The blood-snot substance scattered across her tanned features, and another cry exited the neko. Delicately, she ran a hand beneath her broekn limb, wiping away what blood she could without touching it. The removal of the crusting blood only led to a steadier flow, and Cadence was finding this all hopeeless. The day could not get any worse.

Cain had retreated intot he shadows of a dark corner when he herd or thoguth he herd someoen walking intot he massive room, he stood there silent at first hopin he wasnt seen as he played in his mind over the memories of the great art in which he had given up just for the sake of being alone. He had many chances to be sucessfull in his lifetime but in turn he gave them up for a life of solitude as he went on alone without anyone to share his misfortunes.
When he herd the scream he blinked out slowly form his thoughts looking at the stage and a small person who had fallen and fallen quite badly at that, he could not help but feel pitty for this person who in his mind clearly had a sad life. What looked to be blood around her face made Cain sort of sympathetic wanting to comfort the person, sure it was against his nature as he was always alone and didnt socialize much but the fatherly instincts wich were branded into his dna wanted to reach out. Cain turned away and faced the wall trying to clear his mind of this sympathy he was feeling for that poor pitiful person who had just fallen and made a mess of themself, he looked up and scanned around him looking for the closest possible exist to which he coudl just leave and be on his way to finding his brother.

Cadence's nose twithed oainfully as it caught the scent of an unfamiliar person. "Hewwo?" Cadence called, her voice stuffy sounding from the blood still running from her nostrils. "I-Is anywon still hewe?" Her voice was quivering from crying so much; she still wasn't completely balanced. The two cat ears resting ontop of her head perked lsightly to hear better while her beat red hues scanned the room. It appeared no one had been there; she mut have been seeing things. Not unusual when she was in dispair.
The neko had always wanted people to appear out of nowhere to assist her when the girl was in need; therefore, she would imagine people being there for her even though there was no one. It was good for her to think so optimistically, but Cadence had accepted the fact that making friends was extremely difficult and near hopeless for her, but she would continue trying no matter what. "Hewwo?"

Kuro entered the music hall, known as The Glass Violin. He was wearing his usual black coat and blue jeans, topped off by black Converse. A set of wings was folded beneath the coat, one black, one white, and a guitar was strapped to his back, over the coat. His black bangs hung low over his bi-colored eyes and his nose twitched as his vampiric sense of smell picked up the scent of blood. "Hello?" He called out in an american accent. He then heard the stuffy breathing of a girl on the floor and rushed over.
Kuro looked at her nose and the blood flowing from it. Ouch... Broken nose... Not good... He thought. "Are you alright? Stupid question... Nevermind..." He said quietly. "I'm going to help you... Alright?" He asked quietly. He pulled a handkerchief from his back pocket and placed it on her nose gently, trying not to cause her further pain. "Hold it there... Now... Can you stand?" He asked, unsure if she had a broken leg or not.

EDIT: Cadence blinked multiple times as the young man came up to her; it seemed the male wanted to help. unsure of how to react, the neko stayed silent, a red tint brushing against her cheeks as he wiped away the crusted remains of blood. "Th-thank you..." She muttered in a mortified mannor, raking back her auburn locks. "I am..a bit of a kulutz.." She chuckled slightly, nodding as she reached her feet. "I-I was g-g-going to play my fulute....W-WOuld you liek t-t-to hear?" It was the least she could do since he did help her; on a normal basis, Cadence would never have been so bold to ask.
A gust of wind batted lightly against her body, pushing her an inch forward; urging her along. Cadence cried out, her voice raspy from having to breath from her mouth now. She would go to the hospital later, but it was true she needed to right then. The blac and crimson substance had crusted all over her nose and lips, flaking off everytime she made a simple facial expression. There were small creases where she had been wincing, and two lines down her cheeks had come from her tears. Cadence looked a mess, but with the man's help it wasn't as bad. "Must pulay..."The neko squeaked in quiet determination her small hands curling into small fists. The crusty, red liquid covering her hands itched, flaking as well, whenever she made contact with them; Cadence made sure not to react. Her ruby hues scanned the stage for her flute, and was startled to see it lying limply against a chair seated in center stage. It was odd, and slightly freaky, but she didn't care to ask questions right now. Each step Cadence took was strong; unusually stubborn. She had a look in her eyes that had not been there in years; it only came when another of her personalities took over.
Unhitching the locks surrounding her pink flute case, she smiled slightly to find her instrument in perfect condition. The silver gleamed with a graceful shine, and every hinge appeared to have been oiled recently; Cadence kept this in startling good condition. Especially since it was nearly one hundred years old. The neko rubbed her hands furiously against her jeans, removing what acess blood was there before lifting the two parts of the silver instrument out of its protective case. She held it like glass, a firm yet gentle hold. The two slid together like butter, every knotch fit into one another without fail. Cadence smiled inwardly at this.
As one hand had its danty fingers wrapped safely around the item, the other wandered up to her face. The fear in her emotional eyes showed how much pain this would actually cause her, but the girl tried to ignore it. Using her long, sapphire blue nails, Cadence scratched away the dried substance away from her lips and most of her face. However, she did not go near her nose. Just by making contact with her lips, Cadence felt a stream of pain erupt through her nose. Luckily, she was able to remove enough so she could play. With an uneasy smile, Cadence dropped into the chair in center stage, hoping n oone was using it currently. Her fingers trailed over the metal, feeling more at home than she has since her arrival. The two cat ears perched ontop of her head twitched anxiously, perking upward as far as possible. Cadence giggled flippantly, bringing the cold silver to her lips. She used a small breath of air to make sure the flute was in tune before another strong gust of air passed her lips.
Cadence had mastered the flute when she was young, but stopped playing after a car accident which left her grandmother dead. Once she came to Ria, however, the neko girl had very little to do, and so she returned to playing the beautiful instrument. It hurt the woman to know that her grandmother could no longer hear the sweet sounds of music, but her biological mother said that she could; she was always listening. Cadence decided to believe in it, making the idea of playing without her easier.
The song started off slow, and it was simply obvious she was warming herself up. Her fingers worked the octives, rising and falling to make new sounds pass the long object of music. After a few minutes of simple playing, Cadence got to it. The flow of the melody grew more complicated to follow, being mixed in with random notes that sounded oddly good. The flute was still moving slowly as were her fingers, but Cadence herself began tapping her foot to a much quicker beat.
Out of nowhere, she burst into one of the quicket, most excrutiatingly painstaking set of measures Cadence ever played. Her eyes were closed, letting the music flow through her. Even though it moved rapidly, every note lingered in the auditorium until the next one greeted it. The music flowed brilliantly, but finally began to slow into a steady finish as small beads of sweat formed on Candece's brow. The last high note vibrated through her auburn ears, and a smiled graced her features when she pulled the flute away from her lips. Finally..something to smile about.

"It's not really necessary but..." Kuro cut off as he saw her move up to the stage. "Alright... But right after... I'd rather see you in a hospital... Or let me finish taking a look at your nose..." He said quietly and stood up, his black coat slightly rustling against the floor as he walked to a seat. He brushed his black bangs aside and his red and brown orbs settled upon her, sitting almost serenely at center stage. He had set his guitar on its side, in his lap and he started listening to her begin.
As the music progressed, growing faster and more intricate, Kuro couldn't help but feel the urge to accompany her with his guitar. He soon started plucking the strings of his guitar, trying to give it a crystalline sound. He followed most of her notes, adding in a few parts to make his own rendition for the guitar. He slowed steadily with her, then ended. He put the guitar to his back once more, and went up to the stage quietly with his own smile upon his features.
"You play beautifully..." He said quietly. "So... I guess now you either want me to heal you... Or would you rather wait for weaks on end with a cast over your nose?" He asked with a small grin.

The blush on Cadence's tanned cheeks had darkened immensely; right after it had subsided from the first time! "T-T-Thank you.." She muttered modestly, fiddling with her hands mercilessly. The flute smacked against her thigh countless times before she had the sense to put it away. "O-Oh dear.." With startling speed, the neko broke it apart and set each half into the small areas that were made specifically for it. Her hands pushed the case closed, and each hinge locked on impact. "Y-You play...beautifully...a-a-as well..." She felt stupid for saying it, but the words were sincere. The guitar harmonizing with her flute made delicate sounds that were easy on the ears. One hand wound around the handle of the protectice case, pulling it up with ease before turning back to face him. Her face littered with obvious embarassment; she wasn't used to compliments such as that.
At the stranger's next comment, the young lady couldn't help but giggle sheepishly. Nor did she realize how fiery red her cheeks were. "Hmm..decisions decisions.." Her free hand stroked her chin as she pondered her two options. "Such a hard decision..." Normally Cadence would be very straight forward; her stutter unbearable, but today was different. The ruby orbs that luminated her delicate features gleamed contently. "I-I-I would rather have you h-h-heal me..s-s-sir...if you d-d-don't mind.." The furry tail wrapped around her bare waist, squeezing at it with an uncertainity, but Cadence brushed it off. He seemed nice enough.

"Are you... Running a fever?" Kuro asked uncertainly, noticing the fiery red blush that was painted on the girl's cheeks. After hearing hr compliment him, he simply shrugged. "It's nothing really special... I just picked upo the guitar about a month or two ago..." He told her honestly. He soon picked up on the fact that she was embarassed, and simply didn't wait for her answer to the 'Are you sick?' question.
He noticed her taking time to think whether or not she'd want him to heal her, it was surprising to see someone taking such time on what seemed an obvious answer. When he heard her call him sir, he grinned and almost laughed, his voice actually holding some laughter as he spoke. "Please... Don't call me sir, I'm only seventeen! My name is Kuro... Okay?" He told her then started channeling light energy to his hands, causing them to glow a faint white. "Hold still..." He said and pressed his hands to both of her cheeks, letting the healing light energy flow through her head, healing any blood flow and broken bones. He removed his hands and sighed. "Whew... Gotta get a little more energy..." He said quietly, he had healed her, but he wouldn't be able to use any light powers for a few minutes. He soon produced the handkerchief again and wiped off all remaining blood from her face, still using a light delicate touch.

Rille walked slowly to the music hall, still thinking about Ananda. I'll have to go back, eventually, and remind her she promised. She'll be trying to think of a way around it, and I don't think the way she does. All twisted around like that...if there's a loophole there, she'll find it. I'll do a little practicing, then go find her. Maybe that Kenzi fellow'll hold her to what she promised...he seemed alright, no matter what she said before he came. She looked up, suddenly noticing that while she was thinking she had ended up in the music hall. Not bothering to find a chair, and ignoring the other people in the room, she sat in a back corner, pulling out her flute case. She didn't even bother to take out music, but began to play a spiralling melody that whirled up and down her flute's range. Although it might have sounded difficult, it was really fairly simple, it had been one of the first tunes her da had taught her. That thought made her sad, and the melody fell into a minor air, wandering lightly around the upper range of the flute.

Her ears drooped as he laughed. Unable to be certain of what he was chuckling about made terrible thoughts run through her mind, replaying over and over again. The blush immeadiately faded, and a slight smile replaced it. "W-What is s-s-so funny? Y-You a-a-are older than me!" Cadence retorted suddenly, tugging at her tail; trying to gain the courage to stick up for herself. "I-I-I do it o-out of p-p-polietness!" Though Cadence tried desperately, it was obvious that she had not done this on a regular basis; this made the attempt all the more futile. She let her head hang limply, allowing her ruby hues to stay afixiated onto the wooden stage.
Ever since she was a young kitten, people always expected the upmost respect from her no matter who they were, and she gave it without question. She was still too little to understand why they made her do something like this; later it became clear to her. Cadence was nothing but an insect to them. Simply irritating. The idea that people hated her so much made the neko want to do more, and do it better at that. However, no one cared nor noticed besides her mother. Who would compliment and thank ehr every chance she got. Cadence had always loved her mom forit, but she wanted everyone else to repsect and like her. So, Cadence figured the 'sir' 'ma'am' thing would get the persons she was conversing with to like her. It ended up being something she did on a normal basis whether she was obligated to or not.
She listened to his words and felt a wave of stupidity hit her like a baseball. "O-Oh...I-=I'm s-s-sorry...Kuro..." Cadence apologized, her voice softer and higher in pitch than it was. Her ears twitched uneasily, again, retreating into the mass of crimson hair. "I-I am C-Cadence.." The two round crimson orbs dropped back down onto the floor after looking up at him for a mere five seconds. the humiliation got to her every time. "I didn't know what you we-" The neko was stopped short as both his hands made gentle contact with her face. The feeling in her face was gone for a few moments, and it freaked Cadence out excessively; she even held her breath till Kuro's hands had been removed. Afterwards, the breath passed her sparkling pink lips in a sigh of relief. Tha pain had relinquished itself, and Cadence felt as good as knew. "T-Thank you!" She chimed in merrily, wrapping her arms around his neck in a pleassantly surprising hug.
"I-I feel so much b-better!" The words were whispered into his ear with a grateful tone, and drifted off as she let herself down. Her face was a dark crimson; she normally never made contact with anyone. The fabric wiping across her nose caught her off-gaurd as well, but the unknowing Cadence welcomed it gladly. It was nice to be rid of the nasty taste and feel of the dried substance. "T-Thank you again again s--Kuro.."

Hajime with a burst of anxiety of waiting for an response turned away and looked at his newly named alter Hiro. He looked at Hiro knowing fully well that he knew that Hiro had a own peice of mind. He could comphrehend what they were saying and could leave accordingly. But he didn't, being by Hajime's side all these years has changed their relationship. Makeing them very close friends, Hajime sighed and turned back to Naomi. "Sorry Naomi, but I have to go now." He looked at Hiro and he disappeared, Hajime backed up and he vanished also. It was best to leave the empty place and go find something else to do.
