kouri-chan_xx So...... what's the point? edit: It's also 10 skill points per level, not 3 XD
Qyp is saying that because you train to level up, and you get skill points while training, then a person with this clan would get a Deficit. He used the Raichu as an example, because the trainer used a shortcut to increase his Pikachu to a Raichu, then it had less 'stats' in the long run.
But what if someone were to purposely train in low-exp exercises to increase stats while minimizing exp gain, thus training stats and negating the weakness? Would that work that way?

You have to have a minimum of 4 sentences, or else exp is deducted and possibly the loss of a stat/skill as well. Meh, if it doesn't work, it doesn't work.

Yea, but for Pika -> Rai, the Pokemon trainer gets the benefit of Raichu's higher base stats. What does the RPer get the benefit of in this case? Bragging rights because he's at a higher level?
And yes that could happen, the low exp exercises thing. At the average though he would still get around 20-25 exp per training including his bonus so it would just be like normal guys I guess? Hmm..

It would be pretty normal, except they would miss out a few skill/stat points per level, essentially making them less skilled at a higher level.
But maybe it should be the opposite... -25% for say Senju/Uchiha/Hatake/Sarutobi, making them more skilled at a lower level...

But... it does not really make sense from a roleplaying side. I suppose being higher level earlier on will give you a serious advantage in health points, Chakra points and mental points, but thats about it. Later on +25% would be out the wazoo, especially for high ranked missions etc. Also, how is it explainable...? Experience is pretty much just that... experience... you sort of get it while you go along, and it is represented by 'not' being natural, or born with talent.

Is it possible to 'literally' with hold on your attacks? I mean... if you roll a five for damage, can you actually 'reduce' it if you stated openly that you were only wanting to train with somebody, using light strikes or something?

You could train with wooden versions of the weapons you frequently use to prevent bleed damage...

Yea, you can control your damage to any value at or below the one you rolled.

What kind of Hp and Cp bonus do you get for sleeping well over night? Or is that just roleplay aspect..? Just wondering for training purposes.

New RP day means HP, CP, and MHP are reset so long as your character actually slept and didn't work through the night.

Draco Silverlight Do we have generalized stats for a scythe? It is just a giant Kama. Kama {Hand Scythe} The kama, or Japanese hand scythe, was a weapon favored by all ninjas, a ninja on a mission could disguise himself as a farmer, work all day as one and then kill during the night with the kama he used to cut the grass on the farm. The movements of the scythe in kamajutsu are vastly different from conventional weapons and are difficult to predict for those inexperienced in the usage of the kama. Damage: 1 - 8 + str. mod. Range: Melee. Special: +2 to attack roll unless against an opponent with 5 or more ranks in Ninja Weapons (Kama). Causes a Bleeding Wound upon a critical hit. Dual Wield: Yes, -4 to attack roll. Above bonus does not stack. And this... Kusarigama The kusarigama is the union of a normal kama with a chain on the end of the kama handle. The kusarigama is one of the hardest weapons to master and one of the most useful ones. The kama can be used to attack in close quarters while the chain, which most of the time has a small metal sphere-like tip, can be used for ranged attack, trips, immobilisation and disarming as well as creating vast numbers of opening for the user to kill with the kama's sharp edge. Damage: 1 - 8 + 1.5x str. mod. “Kama”, 2 - 6 + 1.5x str. mod. “Chain” Range: Melee or Ranged 30 ft. Special: Can be used to make disarm, grapple/strangle or trip checks with a +4 bonus. Causes a Bleeding Wound upon a critical hit with the kama side. Dual Wield: No.

Legacy Weapons...
Can we have a separate thread for them? Or should I just start reserving a few posts for them in the weapons thread?

Do you really have to rest up all the stats(Hp/Cp) after a fight? neutral
