Content: I don't know how Kuro described his interaction with Raevyn, and I don't know anything about it either. However, after conversing with Kuro, I don't think he is the correct candidate for this interrogation. I believe it will be too tough on him. Worst of all, he might hesitate. As you well know, a second of hesitation could cost us the entire interrogation, and the location of Alasdair, and any of his comrades. We have gathered information that he was instrumental in a pact in progress between all the immortal races to bring down the hunters.
In short- I don't agree with your choice to nominate Kuro as Raevyn's interrogator. It is far too much risk for such a valuable target.
