It wasn't too far down the dusty road that the girl sensed another two scorpions in the distance. These were smaller by two meters, and she wondered if they were younger... or of a different class in the scorpion nest. What made her cautious is that they came from the direction she had left the dead scorpion in... and now they were gaining on her. Rolling her eyes, she turned and waited for them to get within her striking distance... which was pretty dang close, but she didn't mind. She was faster, after all...

Jumping at the closest one, she made known that she was attacking, no need for a surprise seeing as she wasn't really in the mood for it in the first place. Landing on the back of the first beast, the girl struck along it's spine... where she thought it should be anyways, and heard small cracks within it's shell. Though she struck hard, it wasn't nearly as hard as it could be if she were to use gouken...

From there, Shuiro managed to flip away from the beast and give the next scorpion a nice jab. She didn't want it to feel left out, after all, right? Well, the first one didn't go down that easily, she noticed, and then wondered, despite the size difference between these two and the last on... Were they just stronger. Then she remembered what she read in a book, the smaller the more poisonous... She couldn't get touched by these guys... That was her goal.

Seitekiken (Static Fist): With their precise chakra control and affinity they can summon static electricity from inside their bodies and flow with it with the swift and powerful moves of their taijutsu. In a series of punches, jabs, etc. the user can knock out the entire nervous system, also affecting the organs and muscles connected. When it makes contact with a surface it leaves burns.

Cp Cost: 5 per turn
Damage: 1-8+ chakra mod + 2 per 10 ranks in chk control
Requirements: Genin, chakra control +25, Myaku bloodline
Training: Continuously training
Special: For every 15% of opponent's HP lost (in one turn of using this) this removes an attack turn for their next post. Max 5 attack turns lost.

Sanjuu Anei Hibana Dageki (Triple Shadow Spark Strike): As the user is about to strike the opponent, he flickers and reappears behind the opponent where he strikes three points on the spine. The first punch hit’s the base of the spine, paralyzing the person from the waist down. The second strike is between the shoulders, paralyzing the arms and anything else between that and the waist. The third strike is a punch to the back of the neck connecting to the skull, this sends the brain into shock. This attack is mainly used for head-on fighting, but can also be used while chasing an opponent or sneaking behind them, by removing the 'flickering' element of this attack.

Cp Cost: 20
Damage: 8-12+ chakra mod tripled +2 per 10 ranks in chk control
Requirements: Dex 12, Int 14, Chk 13, Chk control +7, Myaku bloodline
Training: 5 Days
Special:
#1. If using in a case or sneak attack, reduce CP by 5
#2. This attack used three attack turns rather than the usual 1.
#3. If 50% or more of the opponent's HP is lost by this attack, they are temporarily paralyzed and loose one turn.

The first scorpion found it's way to the murderous girl. Hissing with anger, it charged. Howver, it wasn't expecting the girl to attack so quickly and suffered the penalty. This would be the last time it would underestimate the human female... Striking down with it's tail, it tried to knick the girl while she was positioned on it's back... It would have been perfect if the girl child hadn't escaped by landing on the scorpion next to the first, attacking, od course. The scorprion attacked again, but it was of no use...

The second scorpion was as furious as the first. Uncontrolable rage welled in it's chest as it searched by it's companions's side anbd found the young one that crushed the back of the scout snet out to search for food. When the girl attacked it's companion, it made a strike at her, however, like a fly to the trash, the girl latched herself to it and attacked. The second attack it threw with it's tail, lashed aside, missing the girl due to her attack on it. Things were going very wrong for the scorpions today.

The girl couldn't help but smirk when the scorpions lashed out at her with their tails. These ones weren't exactly the fastest critters out there, were they? Or the smartest for that matter... They should just roll over and die, in SHuiro's opinion. Then again, that would abe a lot of watsed meat... very bad for Iwa's economy. Figuring she should just get the job doen then, and telling herself, again, that she would worry aboud the scorpion carcasses later, she focused on attacking the beasts... Doing so, she struck hard... and that was good enough for her.

Alright, so the noise of the battle ended up attracting more scorpions. Just her luck, right? Well, after killing the other two... Shuiro was just itching to get at more of them. Lucky her too... The ones that came up next were the big ones, the beauties... Man... if she could... she'd rip off those giant pincers and mount them on her bedroom walls... Her brother wouldn't have anything against it... though she might have an issue with Roy and Ryoko... She wasn't sure though. Without hesitation, after she had that mini daydream, the girl struck at the scorprions knocking one down pretty good, and paralyzing the other. It twitched where it layed, after she'd gotten a few good good strikeds to it's spine... Now she just had to prepare for the other's counter attack, because sure enough... it was back on it's feet again.

The bulky scorpion watched as it's comerade writhed in pain. They had sense blood shed and had come running for battle. It's what they lived for... what they were bred for... Angered, the beast focused an attack, or two, on the girl while she came at his partner... strangely who was unable to move... and managed to graze her arm. Soon, if it had it's way, she would know pain... and it would not be enough to satisfy...

Alright, so she winced as the sciorpion struck her... It wasn't the most pleasant feeling in the world, but it wasn't the worst thing she'd been through either... So, she figured, she might as well finish off the one that was down first, which she didn, and then she turned her attention to the other. "Now you're gonna get some... don't want you complaining to the others that I went easy on you..." Almost with this graceful ferocity, she struck down the sciorpion, and though it wasn't dead, yet, it twitched in palce... waiting for her to finish it off... and she would... Yes, she would...

[Random weekly event]

2)Ore Rush
Apparently, not all the veins of ore and precious metal in the mountains were completely drained. Someone found a strong supply in one of the old abandoned mines on (insert mountain name). Everyone’s getting in on the cash...why aren't you?

Rules: Using an axe pick provided by the mining society, the user must mine for items. The user rolls 2 20 sided dice. The first one is to see how much further the wall can be pushed till it breaks. The user will have to do multiple rolls (in separate posts) to add up to the DC for that wall. Each post can have as many rolls as attack turns that character has.
The second one is to see what item you gain. Different items give different payouts. The user must go through 5 walls before they can say they are done. You can do up to 10 walls. The DC is comprised of 1D20 + str mod + 5(for pick axe).

Gennin DC - 20 + 5 for each new wall
Chunnin DC - 30 + 5 for each new wall
Jounin DC - 70 + 10 for each new wall
ANBU DC - 80 + 10 for each new wall
Kage DC - 120 + 20 for each new wall

The payouts for the 2nd D20 are as follows:

Odd numbers you gain nothing
2, 4, 6, 8: you get high grade coal = 5 Ryo
10, 12, 14: you get silver ore = 10 Ryo
16, 18: you get gold ore = 25 Ryo
20: you get a rough diamond = 50 Ryo

Other: *When you complete one wall and move to the next, any points OVER the DC for the last wall carry over.
*If you roll a 1 at ANY time on a wall, the wall 'collapses' and you must start again on another wall at that same DC but with no points accumulated.
*If you collapse 3 walls, you fail the event and get nothing.


Restrictions: No weapons, tools, Ninjutsu or Genjutsu

Special: *If the user forgoes using the pick axe and decides to use taijutsu instead, they must take a damage equal to str mod however, all rewards for this activity are increased by 1.5 times rounded up.
*If you run out of HP through this method, you fail the event and get nothing but you may try again but you have to start from scratch.
*You are allowed only 1 Rest post per 3 working posts.

Flexing his fingers, she circled around the scorpion, carefully. She knew she had plenty of time before the paralysis wore off, but her job would most definately be done before then. Barely using any strength, she jabbed at the scorpion's body and let a burst of static chakre release from her. The twitching stopped... as did the beats's heart. Smileing with a sense of acomplushment. The blind girl 'looked' around at all five of the scorpionb corpses around her. What the heck was she gonna do with them? Wandering off a ways, she found one of the few functional wagons that had been attacked recently, and started loading up the scorpions... not the whole bodyes, but the really good cits of meat... She figured they would be nice sells in the market, and if not, they'd be used in more eating contests. To top it off, she cut of the giant claw from the last beast she slew... It would go nicely on her wal... Yes, yes it would...
