"Right!" Konjou answered, flying away from the mammoth man who was reaching for his ankle. I should've let him grab me, so he'd be the one burning, thought Konjou, heading towards the main entrance of the inn, shoving himself into the doors, the doors bursting open. He looked around, trying to find someone in the foyer who was still alive, but to no avail.

Konjou then disappeared and reappeared at the steps and ran up them, putting his pistol back in its holster. As he ran up the steps, he saw several people who were panicking, looking for a way out. "Don't go downstairs!" He shouted, pointing to the emergency exit at the end of the hallway. "Take the emergency exit!" The people ran to the emergency exit, flinging open the door and running down the metal stairway outside. He ran to the exit, so that he could help the people out. As he ran, he heard the sound of a baby crying. He followed the sound to a room a few feet away. Inside, there was a baby stuck under some debris, caused by the inn previously being on fire. Konjou ran to the baby's side and shoved away the debris and picked him up. He ran back to the emergency exit and down the stairs, everyone who was on the second floor had already evacuated. "My son!" Cried a woman, running up to Konjou, hugging him and the baby in his arms. "Oh, thank you! Thank you so much!" Said the woman. "No problem, but, you guys have to get out of here!" Said Konjou, handing the babe over to his mother. "There's a bad man in there! Get as far away from here as you can!" Advised Konjou to the people. "Thank you!" Some said, as the congregation fled the immediate area. Konjou wiped his forehead of some sweat, saying, "Okay, now to get back in there and kick some butt!"

Lucid realized he was fighting a losing battle and took off for the exit that Konjou had led the others threw, found him and hurled him out of the building barely avoiding the lava, then floating down into the doorway he let off an immense chill solidifing all the magma before it could leave the door, and there he remained continually sending out waves of cold to keep the magma frozen, The way it taxed him was obvious, yet he managed a few words through his gritted teeth, "Konjou..... save the others get them far away from here, keep running and don't look back, Though I wouldn't know what that's like since I'm dead and I don't have a back."

((Yeah that's right hes saying a pun while under immense physical strain. Why? because that's just how cool he is.))

Laughing as he continued to watch those consumed by his magma, Masaru made his way through the little in, now back to his normal size. The magma continued to flow through the cracks he had made in the earth. Being a Demon Lord had its advantages. Masaru, looking for his initial targets, before he had been carried away by taking life. He saw a few leave, but the important ones, and the witch, were still inside. In complete rage at not finding them, Masaru proceeded to continue making the building explode entirely. With loud crashes, and chunks of debris flying everywhere, into the surrounding buildings, the other building caught, and soon, the entire block would become a burning wreckage. Masaru, pleased with this image, continued his warpath, and began reigning people in with magma chains, taking their souls to feed his power.

The cracks in the earth grew larger, magma continuing to spew from them. The cracks spread underneath near buildings, and even into the streets. The frost was growing to be no match at this point, and at the rate Masaru was taking lives of the innocent, his power seemed to be nearly as endless. Hundreds of lives were being destroyed at that very moment.

-Strider watched as the Demon Lord killed and destroyed until finally he decided enough was enough and snapped his fingers and all the magma and the fires dissappeared. The buildings still looked burnt and the cracks were still there but the magma and fire were all gone- "You have had your fun Masaru. I give you this one chance to leave now freely or I shall have to force you to leave." -Strider jumped from his perch on a building across the street from the inn-

(O.O.C. Another character? This one looks interesting. :3 In any case, remember that, no matter how powerful your character, please remember to, at least, give your opponent a chance to strike back. I'm not accusing anyone of anything, it's just a reminder. Also, killing NPCs is okay, for the most part, as long as you don't go too haywire.)

Konjou flew high into the air, just narrowly evading a wave of magma. Although he did control fire, if that magma had hit him, he would've been a goner. There was just too much of it for him to turn it all into flame and absorb it. As he hovered in mid-air, Noyuki sleeping in his arms, he saw that the ground below him shook, and a pillar of magma was about to engulf Noyuki and himself. Then, all of a sudden, all the magma and fire disappeared from the area. Konjou sighed, narrowly escaping death, yet again. I have to get Noyuki away from here, Konjou thought, floating over to a building a few yards away, setting Noyuki down on its rooftop, then flying over to where the real fight was going on.

Laughing maniacally at the petty attempts to stop him, Masaru just kept coming. He was now back to his normal size. But the power emanating from him was much greater than before. He had truly been fed by the loss of life. Moving forward, he looked to the rooftop across the street. "Perhaps I would take you more seriously, if you were not running from me like a little girl. Is that roof comfy?" He laughed once more, mocking the man upon the roof.

"Umm, okay?" Konjou answered Lucid, watching as he glided into the night sky. As he left, the sun began to rise. Holy cow, Konjou thought, I didn't get any sleep. He then turned to the magma man, Masaru. Konjou began to fly towards him, but, before he even got close, another man swept in and began to attack. Where are all these guys coming from?! Konjou shouted in his head. He sighed, thinking, Whatever, I'll just support him from afar. Konjou flew behind Masaru, who was busy with the newcomer, and whipped out his pistol. Konjou noticed that Masaru had shrunk back to his original size. Hoping to take advantage of that, Konjou shot three fireballs at Masaru's backside.
