Jaclyn, Devin Turd Ferguson, and Jack were all still chasing the Spetznaz agents.
Lito and Peter Gurlovich were talking to the self-resurrecting dead man in the control room.
All the other characters who have not been introduced yet will probably get their introductions via the car chase.
