I actually wanted to put in a katana, but it's too long to fit in a duffel bag.
If you make it shorter then it's not a katana anymore; it's more of a kodachi or wakizashi. Did you enjoy the manga so far, Jin?
As for the random student encounters, I'm going to be using I_Am_Kabapu for that. However, if he's not available at the moment and you're feeling impatient then, you can RP the encounter yourself. Of course that also means that you're going to have to post one for yourself and one for the hostile student.
