Answer: Well, seeing that they're such good friends, and to really make Freddie's new toy feel welcome, they decide to hold Thanksgiving at Soren's parents' house. Brian makes the cranberry sauce, naturally, because it, like his guitar, is red and special. Roger is incapable of cooking anything, so he brings the little paper cuff bracelets to put on the drumsticks. John brings a pumpkin pie, because it seemed the proper thing to bring. Freddie and Soren bring the turkey. Well, Soren brings the turkey. Freddie brings a feather boa for it and calls it even.
Question: How do Soren's parents react to all this?

Wow, Scara, it looks like everyone was intimidated by both the brilliance of your answer and the potential for brilliance that lies in your question--including yours truly.
Well, seeing as no one else has taken a stab at it, I'll do my best. (This is a long one, so read at your own risk): xd
Answer: They are overjoyed that their son has found true love, although they are rather bewildered by the fact that their new daughter-in-law is none other than the legendary Freddie Mercury, back from the dead and clad in a foil mermaid suit with size F cups. They proceed to eat Thanksgiving dinner--however, little does anyone know Brian's cranberry sauce is, unfortunately, made with an ancient Druid recipe that turns ordinary humans into midget hermaphrodite Neanderthal zombie clowns, and before you could say, "I'm as gay as a daffodil, my dear!" Soren's mother and father are transformed. This is the last straw for Soren, who spontaneously combusts. Mer-Freddie, of course, is deeply anguished and weeps tears of true love over the grease stain that used to be hir husband, and hence brings him back to life. Roger has been feeling quite inadequate all this time, since he has neither helped out nor caused unfathomably huge amounts of chaos, so he sets off out of the house with Soren to find the cure for Soren's parents' affliction. Brian comes along out of guilt, and Mer-Freddie joins the journey as well so she can be with hir husband.
Question: How do our heroes find the cure for Soren's parents' transformation into midget hermaphrodite Neanderthal zombie clowns?

{I know "bumping" is illegal, but surely there's an exception if it's simply a last-ditch effort to rescue a thread?}
Right. So, if anyone wants to take a stab at answering my weird-a** question, go on ahead. Or start fresh and forget my question, simply making up your own instead. Regardless, we must resurrect this thread!

Ok, here's my shot at it:
Answer: Our heroes are walking around, when Freddie has a brilliant idea. So everyone follows hir into a store when Soren, who by now is near insanity, asks why they are inside a cheap 80's clothing store. Freddie replys 'Because, dear Soren, we need disguises!' After that little side track, they all leave looking the same, but Freddie is wearing a yellow Zoot suit top. While they are walking, Roger actually gets bored and decides to walk off, hoping a panic would arise in his absense. Well, no such thing happened, in fact no one noticed!! Roger, being pissed about that little fact, decides to mess around with the group and leaves tidbits about where the 'cure' is.
(Sorry it's not that good, it's really late and the best I can do at this time)
Question: What is the first 'clue' and where does it lead our heroes?

Whoo! I come back and this is somewhat revived! Yes!
Answer: As Roger wanders around, looking for clues to leave, he comes across a group of sad teenagers. "What's wrong, kids?"
The four stare at each other, and then one, who looks as though he hasn't shaved for days in a loose green t-shirt and '60's bell-bottoms, says, "Well, Blondie back there (indicating a tall blonde boy with an ascot) hit our dog with his van, so we thought we'd update our look for the first time in, like, twenty years to cheer us up. But it's not working. I just, like, miss my dog!" He sniffles while his friend, a stocky girl with a brown bob, offers him a dog biscuit. However, he pushes it away. She shrugs and hands the box, labeled "Scooby Snacks" to Roger. Delighted, Roger skips away, dropping the dog treats to make a path that should rightfully should have led to the fly-swatters. However, he gets hungry, mistakes them for cookies, and eats the entire box, thus forcing the path to end at a row of white vinyl pimp shoes.
Question: What's in those Scooby Snacks?
