Kasen unsheathed his sword immediately and swung around his head to reflect the lightning back at him. Kasen smirked as a simply kido wasn't much, but the potential was all there. Kasen stood waiting in the same spot for Kyo.

Kyo sidestepped as his Hado was reflected at him, and continued towards Kasen. His sword arced up towards Kasen as he reached him.

Kasen brought the sheath in his left hand down and swung with his blade in his right at Kyo's shoulder for a nonfatal hit. "Use all of your tools in an effective way, show yourself in a unique way." Kasen said as his blade was coming closer to Kyo's shoulder.

Kyo dropped and rolled to the side as the sword nicked his shoulder. "Hainawa!" energy ropes spread out from his hand towards Kasen as Kyo launched himself from the ground, his sword out in from to stab Kasen.

Kasen threw his sheath at the bakudo ropes and used the dull side of his blade to block the stab and he brought his leg up to kick away his hand and blade.

Kyo barely managed to keep ahold of his sword as Kasen's foot slammed into his hands, pushing him backwards. Damn, i knew this would be difficult, but i was hoping to at least be able to land a single hit on him. he thought as he charged at Kasen again. As he drew near he feignted the same attack he had used originally before spinning and coming at the side. as he did he took his sheath and brought it up towards Kasen as well.

Kasen tried blocking the attack, but felt the blade get into his side as he blocked the sheath. "Well, now that is a surprise, but what else can you do?" Kasen said as he jumped to the side and swung at Kyo's wrist.

Kyo smirked as he turned towards Kasen's next attack. "Hado #1 Sho!" he said as he brought his sheath to block just in case and his sword to counter.

Kasen was pushed back, but this gave Kasen too much momentum as he pointed his finger at Kyo as he was storing reiatsu which he had begun slowly as they fought, now was the time to release it. "Hado #4, Byakurai!" Kasen shouted as he released a brilliant shot of pale lightning at Kyo.

Kyo saw the Hado too late to dode and was struck in the shoulder. he was thrown back and to the ground. He got to his feet, breathing heavily. he took his stance and charged at Kasen again.

Kasen brought his sword up and swung it back at Kyo who as charging at him while ducking to punch him with his sheath in hand. "Do you really want to keep going, you're not in a fatal state, just curious if you really want to continue." Kasen said as he brought his blade and fist close.

Kyo ducked around the sword but took the punch hard, though he managed to stay standing this time. He nodded, "I'm not done just yet." he said as he charged again. "Hado #4: Byakurai!" lightning shot towards Kasen again as Kyo followed it with both his sword and sheath coming from different angles.

Kasen brought up his hand and said ,"Bakudo #8, Seki." Kasen created a round shield of reiatsu that he brought up against the lightning and the swords strike while Kasen brought his blade up at the sheath with a slight breath of tiredness, he was showing his tiredness more as he may have countered most attacks, but the difficulty of some were getting to him.

Kyo jumped back before Kasen's sword was able to cut through his sheath. he'd need it to keep surprising him. He was breathing heavier as the battle continued, but he had noticed that Kasen was started to breath heavy as well. He's starting to get tired. Thats a good sign, though i dont think i'll be able to keep going much longer. Have to make these last few minutes count. I've got to give him all i've got. He charged at Kasen again. "Hainawa!" Ropes shot out towards Kasen, He continued to move again. "Hado #4: Byakurai!" he cried as he came forward again with his sword and sheath once more. I hope this works, i dont think i'll have enough for another strike if it all fails.

Kasen said he wasn't going to do anything that would push the balance, but he had to finish this quickly. "Kaosuyu.." Kasen said as he formed a black arrow in his palm that he struck the bakudo with it creating a darkness that enveloped all before the attacks could be seen hitting. Kasen jumped back in the darkness blocking the attacks he saw before the darkness settled in.
