Synne smiled "Nothings wrong.. I have a question. Do you want to marry Daddy?"
Ro blinked and stared at her "Why on earth are you asking me that??"
Synne shrugged "I told daddy that would be the best way to get us to stay here forever and he said you wouldn't want to..."
Ro stared at her some more then just shook her head "Go to bed Synne."
Erian patted Az sympathetically "Mom won't be mad..."

"Aw..." Proteus pouted. "That wasn't half as much fun as Dad's reaction."
Az smiled weakly at the baby, "Thanks..."

Ro glared at Proteus "You go to bed too."
Synne stomped her hoof "You didn't answer!"
Ro raised an eyebrow "And I'm not going to. Last chance Synne.. once more and your grounded"
Synne pouted more and stomped back downstairs and flung herself at Az sniffling miserably "She wouldn't answer..."

Azaroth sighed uncertain if Ro not answering was a good thing or a bad thing. "Come on," he said nuzzling her. "You should be sleeping right now," he glanced over at Proteus who had followed Synne back down. "You as well. Bed."
"Oh..." Proteus sighed.

Synne cried "i don't want to go to bed.. I want Mommy to answer!"
Ro walked in and eyed Az and Synne "Your taking her to bed? Good."
Synne pouted "Mommy... its too early! Why won't you answer? Daddy thinks you don't want to marry him!"
Ro flinched and froze, then put her empty cup in the sink and turned around giving her daughter a cool look "Your done. Daddy's taking you to bed... choose ONE doll to keep then put the rest and all your princess dresses in the trunk. I'll pick it up in a little while. You have lessons with an extra project tomorrow... alone. No bothering any of your brothers."
Synne was sobbing "Nooo I don't want to!"
"Want to make it two days?"
Synne shook her head frantically.
"Then behave and show me you can listen. Not just throw tantrums when you don't get your way." She turned back to the sink to wash her cup.
Synne was still clinging to Az sobbing almost hysterically.
Erian watched silently.. not surprised. He had seen Synne get punished like that before. She was crying and making more of a scene now to try and get support... but he knew if she kept doing that Ro would add on more punishment.

"Come on," Az said standing up with the girl. "You heard you mother," he said gently he glanced over at Proteus. "You too, march."
Proteus grumbled walking out of the room closely followed by his father and sister.

Synne hugged Az's neck and whispered quietly "but daddy... I don't want to be grounded..."
Erian sighed as Ro lifted him "I'm staying with Arc."
She smiled "I know... your father told me." And she took him upstairs to Arc's room and quietly opened the door, just in case Arc was sleeping.

Ro tucked Erian into bed and kissed his forehead "Goodnight"
"Night Mom..." as he curled up and went to sleep.
Ro decided to peek in on Proteus first and give Synne a few moments to get her stuff together.
Synne nodded "Okay... do I still have to put my stuff in the trunk?"

"I'm in bed!" Proteus yelped before realizing who it was. "Oh, hi mom."

"Who is going to talk to who?" Ro stood in the doorway with a curious look on her face.. though she had a feeling she already knew what was being discussed.
