I don't think you are at least. It seems rude to not respond when she doesn't have "no commissions" or something similiar written. I mean, it gets annoying i'm sure if people keep noting or pming you but if you don't have it written anywhere that you don't appreciate those, and if the person was polite and literate about it you should at least respond with, "thank you for expressing interest but i do not take commissions at this time".

Southern California (Valencia, to be exact), tis a UC approved highschool class. We're reading The Once and Future King at the moment. We usually watch a lot of movies but my class was bitching and moaning about not being able to understand what was going on in the book because they are stupid so we lost that privilage.
But eeee! I get to make a BATTLEFIELD for my Arthurian Legend/Star Wars parallels project. I'm so happy XD

hey, know a few of you pay real money for commissions and i was wondering if you could help me. someone's offering me real money on deviant art for a commission. this has never happened eek it's.... so.... weird! who on earth would want real money for my sucking drawings? though i would try my very best for moneyto the point i don't know how to go about this at all, mostly pricing. i need some kind of range at least. for this art http://chibi-nakoruru.deviantart.com/ about how much would you pay for a commission? I'm not sure if they would want a print or something. i don't think I'd be able to do that. I'm to broke to even do it on DA, but that i can go to dad about when i see him. oh maybe i should send the sketches to them at least? i don't know. do artists do that sometimes? o.o (feels like a noob again)

If you do more work/add more characters - it raises the price. As for prints, I make mine through Office Max. I can make them for about $1.30 each for really nice quality. You could either just send them a high-res file, or charge them for the printout, the shipping, etc - but it's more complicated. Most people who sell CG works just email them a high-res copy of the file and let the buyer worry about making a printout.
