Doctor Masters nodded and glanced into the room where Destiny lay.
"I won't wake her. She needs what sleep she can get. Can you also make sure she gets some food down if she wakes up? It would help greatly."
It was more of an order than a request but the young doctor saw in Yuuki's eyes that she wanted what was best for her friend. Smileing she turned and started down the hall.
Destiny stirred slightly in her sleep, like she was dreaming uncomfortably but not quite to that stage of a nightmare.
Her chest continued to rise and fall rythmicly and her eyelids clenched ever so often.

"Yes, I will make sure of that. Thank you so much for all your help Dr Masters." Yuuki gave a short bow to the doctor as she left the room.
Slowly turning back around to her friend, she sat right back down in the uncomfortable hospital chair by her bedside. She looked toward Destiny, noticing her stirring. Yuuki just hoped she would wake up soon, and be able to get out of that seemingly bad dream.
Yuuki gave a sigh. Life always seemed to find ways to get even more complicated, it seemed, especially for her best friend. A past life personality that wanted to show through, a vampire child, passing out when she touched the pages... Destiny hadn't had even close to a smooth ride the past couple of weeks, but Yuuki hoped that Destiny knew that she would always be there to stand beside her, during the good and the bad, even the interesting. Yuuki sure didn't expect to find herself here after all. She gave a small laugh to herself before picking back up her book, waiting for Destiny to Awaken.

After about another half hour or so of restless sleep Destiny's eyes fluttered open and she slowly sat up. Looking around the room she saw Yuuki sitting beside her reading. After sitting up for only a few seconds her head started to spin and she felt sick to her stomach.
Laying back down she closed her eyes and waited for the seasick feeling to go away.
"So..." She said in a raspy voice. "What's going on?"

Yuuki's head shot up sharply with the arrival of Destiny's voice. Her eyes immediately softened after laying he eyes on an awake Destiny, though she did not look any better.
"Well, you probably won't like this, but I have a feeling that you might already know." she put down her book, while grabbing the food tray off to the side that a burse had brought in earlier. "try to eat a little" Yuuki said as she placed it in front of her friend. She sat back down in her chair
"I should be frank, since it might not be good to waste time. Have you... slept? with any vampire recently? Because the Doctor's have discovered a fetus of dead tissue within your body, and in the past day, you've become over a month pregnant. They have no idea what it is, and believe if they don't remove it soon, it might kill you. I obviously wasn't going to let them remove it without consulting you. But since the chance is extremely low that your body will expel it on its own, it may be the only option." Yuuki sighed.
"If you don't mind me asking... is it... Tramer's?"

Destiny looked at the tray of questionable hospital food and suddenly felt very sick to her stomach. Pulling the tray a bit closer she choked down a spoonfull of yogurt before pushing it away again.
Then trying to pay more attention Yuuki than her upset stomach her face turned about three shades whiter as she spoke.
"I really gotta hand it to you Yuuki, there is no beating around the bush with you."
Then before saying anything else she lifted the thin hospital blanket to look at her belly. Her once flat middle had deffinate signs of a bump that had grown a little larger than when the doctor had seen it. Slowly tucking the blankets in around herself again she sighed. Laying back down she rubbed her forehead and closed her eyes. She really didn't believe she needed to comfirm Yuuki's quess about who. It was aggrivateing enough already.
"What am I going to do?" She said quietly.

Yuuki's expression quickly turned to worry as she noticed the state of her friend. Refusing food, she was even as pale as a ghost. This was obviously physically effecting her immensely, and it worried her to no degree.
Yuuki gave a small laugh and smiled, though tense. "Well, you know me better than anyone else Dest, it shouldn't come as too much of a surprise."
Sitting up a little bit and leaning closer in her chair, she placed one hand on Destiny's hair, silently stroking it as she used to do when they were both small children.
"I... I... I don't know myself Dest." Yuuki's voice almost broke as she kept her head down, her free hand tightening to a fist in her lap "One thing I know for sure is that in no way am I letting you die from this. I refuse to let that happen. You're the only person I have left..."

"I'm not worried about dieing. Yeah, sure I'm scared but I also know that this, inside me, is still half mine. I am not going to let anyone remove it, not now."
She moved to sit up a bit and hugged her best friend. She was glad that she was there with her and new that it was a stroke of luck that Yuuki had called her.
"On the other hand though I don't think it is a good idea for me to be here. I think as soon as possible I need to get back to HQ and see what some of ours have to say about my new little aquirement." ((OK beacuse of demonofwhites constant absence and lack of posting I am going to make a character to replace her, possibly permanetly.. It is hard to have a war with vampires when the main one is MIA..))

((I’ll apologize now for the incredibly long post, I was going to post it in individual sections, thou not having the energy I decided to post it as one huge glob, don’t worry, such posts are unlikely to ever happen again.))
“Tramer! What a pleasure it is to finally meet you…” Elousa said in a content voice having seemed to appear out of no were blocking Tramer’s path. To each side of her three vampires stood at attention, they were dressed in all black and were armed with a vast armament of weaponry, from fully automatic assault rifles to swords and daggers.
“the diary? I need it, could you be a good little boy and give it to me?” she asked stepping away from her escort and approaching Tramer.
Tramer looked at this new vampire with a sense of confusion, “I answerer only to Constance…” he said as he grasped hold the hilt of his sword with his free hand, thou ironically he was in the prose of betraying Constance at that very moment…
“ow yes! I meant to tell you about that little detail…” she said reaching into a pocket and pulling out a blood soaked silver pistol, the very one Constance had been known for using. “lets just say Constance is out of the way for the moment, so I need to know were you stand? I killed the leader, and as our laws I am now the rightful leader, do you question that?” she continued getting yet closer.
Fully unsheathing his blade he took a fighting stance, “let me pass and I have no quarrel with your rise to power…” he stated bluntly.
“your just no fun! You know I cant let you leave with those parchments there…so, here are your option, you give me the journal and then you serve me…or I take the journal and then you still serve me…” she said with a sadistic smirk on her face.
Showing his fangs he let out a short hiss before lowering his sword, “if those are my only options then my choice is simple…” he said looking down to the ground, then without pause he raised his sword over his head so as the point was facing straight up, closing his eye he managed to pull out a his Zippo lighter from his pocket with the hand he was using to hold the journal.
Lighting the lighter the air around himself seemed to ignite, after a bright flash of light the fire took shape of great wings coming of Tramer’s back, “I will not live to serve someone that is not stronger than myself!” Tramer yelled over the torrent of sound coming from the fire, then thrusting his sword down the great wings of fire sweep down flowing over Elousa and her escorts.
With speed that betrayed her delicate appearance she unsheathed her sword, a pure black blade inscribed with runes down the length of the blade all the way to the hilt, simply holding the sword in front of her the wave of fire parted leaving her unharmed…
Her escorts were not as lucky however, they didn’t scream or attempt to run, there was no time, the moment the fire reached them there were reduced to ash.
As the fire subsided Elousa lowered her sword and took a look around, the metal in the surrounding walls had been liquefied, the concrete was brittle and torched, wood!? Were there was little but ash.
“impressive! I guess that is why Constance keep you around…” she said taking a step closer to Tramer, “thou now that you have shown me what you can do, let me return the favor!” she continued, then without a moments warning she leaped forward, grasping hold of Tramer by the throat she swung him around like a rag doll and slammed him into a near by wall nearly knocking over the already weakened section.
Tramer froze as he saw Elousa unsheathe her blade, “it cant be…” he mumbled to himself as he stared at its onyx surface, thou as he watched it bend his flames away from Elousa he had not doubt, somehow she carried his late fathers sword.
Distracted as he was by the sword he didn’t stand a chance in dodging Elousa’s incredibly swift attack, pined agents the wall he grasped hold her arm in attempt to free himself, thou even with all his strength he could not get her to budge.
Hearing her mumble several words, his vision began to fade, he noticed as she pulled something out of a pocket then everything went dark.
Confusing images flooded his mind, a child standing in front of him holding the black sword Elousa wiled, Destiny laying on a stone pedestal, the sun darkened by a black orb, bodies were scattered all about, blood flowed in rivers traveling up hill converging to a sing point, and at that point stood Elousa…holding high in her had a scythe unlike anything he had ever seen.
His eyes flashing open he stood up finding himself inside Constance’s former study, looking around confused and still a bit lightheaded he started to try and peace everything together.

"yeah, but that doesn't stop me from being worried you know?" Yuuki gave a small smile, hugging her friend closely.
"I had a feeling that you'd say that. I've already called up HQ to prepare some stuff, and all we have to do is get out of here." She went over to the window, opening it wide enough for Yuuki and Destiny to get through. "Will you be ok though, flying? You still don't look all that well..."
Seeing her friend nod slowly, she sighed before quickly removing the various needles and monitors from Destiny's body that attached her to the bed. Helping her stand, she brought her over to the window, where Yuuki herself jumped out, levitating herself right in front to pull Destiny through. Holding her closely, she whisked off into the sky, noticing the early morning sun peeking out form the horizon. A new day had begun, and would most likely just be as crazy as the last.

Glad for the help that Yuuki gave her to get up Destiny tettered a bit on her shaky legs. Grabbing onto her friend for more support she made her way slowly towards the windown and waited. Once Yuuki had them both floating the dull ache in her belly grew less.
The air was chilly and Destiny was regreating not haveing a jacket or even a blanket from the bed. The hospital gown was a poor excuse for clothing.
Once they landed in front of the HQ building Destiny had goose bumps all over and just wanted to get inside. Down in her office Destiny pulled on a large t-shirt and ended up with a pair of sweat pants because she now looked about two and a half months along. Laying on the couch she felt exhasted.
"You know this whole pregnacy express thing is tireing." She smiled And got up to grab something off her desk, shortly before a red flash streaked through her vision. She saw a cruel face and Tramer was thrown against a wall that had been incinerated. Closeing her eyes she put her hands up to her temples and collapsed to her knees.

After Yuuki had dropped Destiny off at the front of HQ, she helped her to her office before she went off for a moment, sensing her friend wanted a brief minute of privacy.
While waiting, she remembered to check on the engineers about the equipment she had called to ask them to set up, so that they would be able to see, for certain, what was going on. It would be better information than the hospital's since they were going blind to what was inside her. They at least had a bit more information. And, as expected, their x-ray, systems and blood analysis systems were already up and running, the technicians all ready, for when Destiny would be ready. She told them briefly to stand down for a way and relax, and they would be along soon.
Making her way back to their shared office, she entered in time to see Destiny laying herself down on the couch and her small comment.
"I'm sure Destiny. The guys are all ready for when you want to begin testing." Though her friend zoned out and collapsed once more before she was finished. Rushing over to catch her upper body before she fell face first down onto the hardwood.
"Destiny!! Are you sure you are ok???"

Destiny opened her eyes and looked at her friend.
"I think we have a different threat to worry about."
She tried to pull out more details but could only get jarbbled images. The only thing that was clear was that there was a new leech in town.
"Yuuki, I think and elder has woken up."
Her eyes were full of worry as she said this and her head still hurt every so often.
"This one means bussiness."

The sun still in slumber seven figures entered the Hunters HQ, without pause or warning five of the figures pulled weapons concealed by black trench coats, silencers muffled the sounds, thou the bullets met there marks with no less accuracy
Four of which held silenced sub machine guns of various styles, the fifth the only female of the group held a simple katana.
Clearing the entrance of any living soul the remaining three set out to work on a door leading deeper into the facility.
While two pulled laptops from packs on there back the third tore off the panel near the door with his claws reviling a multitude of wiring, plugging several strange looking wires into the other twos computers he set out on finding particular wires and attaching them to the computers.
Meanwhile while the three worked on the door the other five stood at guard, there weapons held waist high as there heads scanned back an forth searching for any possible threat.

Before Yuuki had a chance to answer Destiny's laptop started to beep on her desk. Pulling herself up with a little help from her friend she sat down and opened the screen. The security cameras had caught everything that happened upstairs. The security guards were all dead and the vampires were busy trying to open the doors to the lower levels.
"s**t!"
Forgetting her headache and the fact that she had been in the hospital not an hour before she stood up and hitting a button that was on the wall set the alarm off. It would be only moments until every hunter in the building would be aware and armed. Opening the small closet Destiny pulled out a pair of jeans, boots, a red t-shirt, and all her spare weapons. Once she was a walking arsenal again she strode out into the hallway confident as always. Checking neighboring offices fellow hunters joined her all with their own means of protection.
