-1 carlos for posting a reply without carefully reading the post before, and if he did read it then there was modding involved so chances are he just didnt read the previous post.
+1 Rachel, because as far as i know, she always reads all the posts before hers, even the ones that have nothing to do with her, thus makeing great replies, and stil has time to do her moderating job as well :p

Three people are not getting minus 2 and thats Rachel, Carlos and Proto. No offence Jack but you didn't try at all you said a line of don't leave. Heh, sorry dude.
stare Now the rest of you, stop arguing about the reasons I left and fix them instead. One I never think a Game like this should be the reason someone is thought of to be demoted. No matter how unbias you make it sound or just it doesn't cut it. The choice of demotion comes down to what the crew knows and sees not a hand full of bias haters.
You guys need to take all this crap off the crews shoulders. Its a game its all Gaia is and you guys treat it like a job. THis is meant to be something that bends around a persons life, not something a person bends their life around.
And fact is in the long time I have been here I have watched this guild turn to the gutters. I love this guild its a part of who I am but your letting a hand full of people slowly distroy whats so great about it. I didn't leave to start a war, I left cause I wanted you people to open your eyes. THere is so much wrong here its not funny. I love you all with everything I have, even the ones who annoy the hell out of me I do love you. THis guild is my family. But you guys are so blind to what happens its not funny.
I don't think Kenk left expecting to come back to a civil war in his guild he left in hopes he could trust everything would be ok when he got back.
To explain though yes I wasn't that active and not worthy of crew at the moment but I was busy working a plan to get on more. You all are too swift to judge you don't take the time to see hey maybe someone is going through some crap. Maybe I should lay off a bit see if he redeems himself. But instead all I see is everyone nailing crew to the wall for having lives. When I see a hell of a lot of the people bashing on the crew are people who are on everyday. I am sorry but where does someone like me get to stand against a person who can waste hours away on this site?
Now I will not point fingures and I will not blame in the end its my fault. I took the job when I had time to waste. But life got in the way and I am sorry. I appoligize to those who needed me to work on the village like I was trying. I did get some help with stuff to make the work load a lot easier since I have so much to deal with. A lot of the changed stuff is SIMB which I thanked her a lot for helping. Also another person helped I forget who but they made missions. Also, they were thanked.
So as you see I was trying hard to deal with school and handle my job here at the same time. But it seemed not to be enough. The preasure in the end was added when more people started on me and basicly only me about activity. But forget it, this talk has ended I felt everyone should know MY side.
THank you to those who defended me, and thank the rest for standing up for themselves.
I will be watching over the guild for now since I doubt after my speech I am never going to be crew again. I tried and failed you all I am sorry.

okay...i'm...confused...how was I a reason? I only hurt you for being a bit inactive in the crew thread. and wtf am i doing? O.o' Was it my fault that people stood like a brainless army(no offence) and hurt you because they could? No, i dont think so. I didn't have to help you Icheti, but Maya said I should. I never wanted to because of the personal things between us and you know it. I tried to be nice and everythign but it didn't work. If I am the reason you left I'm sorry but I shouldn't be getting into that here. In the end, yes, I helped you. A LOT might I add. I cleaned up the profiles, told you to do the new profile thing to clean things up and a bit more than you even know about with the people in YOUR village. I'll give no more input or take anything from this thread after this, sorry. I'm a bit angry at the moment. Yes, something I don't like to be on teh guild.
due to the reasons you were taken off as crew I will reinstate you as crew. Hopefully you can live up to what you said and get a bit more active so you can take care of your village. I hope all goes well for you Nathan. Icheti.

Excuse me, but you're the one who threw a hissy fit and left. And then you got invited back and immediately you came into THIS thread and made a huge block post about how this guild isn't the same one you joined.
You said that 'to make a point' but all you did was create bickering. And then you say that I have something against you?
Stop being a hypocrite. You saw a chance to come back and stir up the pot and you took it.
You're the one who's looking for drama, not me.
And as far as I'm concerned being crew IS a job. You said that you're here to have fun, well so is everyone else. And if you don't do your part then how is everyone supposed to have fun? You're supposed to be in charge of updates and s**t, if you don't do that then all we end up with is old news and dusty threads. So yes, it is a job. You shouldn't have accepted the crew position if you weren't going to take it seriously.
You can have fun and take your job seriously and have a real life. 'I'm busy' is just vague enough to be an excuse, but you shouldn't use it all the time. So yes, now I do have something against you, but if you're a good enough crew member that won't matter at all.
Crew members are like the celebs of the guild. You can't be in the lime-light and not expect criticism.

Can we stop fighting?
We are supposed to be a guild, a place to come and ESCAPE the fighting and have fun with people that have the same interests. We shouldn't be fighting. crying
I don't want to see anyone get hurt or have anything bad happen to someone because of something that happened here... and I also don't want to see people fighting each other here.
Yes, I know, I'm one to talk... but we should really try to learn to get along with one another. Wouldn't you feel terrible if you said something to someone, and found out that the last thing you said to that person was "I hope you die" or something like that. I know you wouldn't be happy with yourself. So please... let's just learn to get along, or don't talk to the person that's bothering you.
I hope no-one holds it against me to say that I like MOST of you. Most of you are my friends, and the last thing I want to see happen is being forced to take sides in a fight that could potentially rip the guild apart. So, I think we all just need to take a few deep breaths, relax, and move on. 3nodding

-I'm glad Icheti is back.
-However I do think that you should have given us an away notice.
-But the massive hurting spree was just retarded.
-I was going to promote you despite your speech anyway, if you were able to make a commitment, and have time. But like you said, you were making a plan.
-Please stop fighting. I ask all Crew to put a tighter rein on their tempers, for the sake of peace in the guild.
