"Alucard...?" Loralei asked, heading into each of the rooms. Finally, she headed into the library, then gasped when she saw the broken desk lamp and Alucard lying still on the floor. "Oh gods..."
Loralei ran over to the crow, noting that it was bigger than when it first flew upstairs. "Oh my... he must have changed because of the pain..." Carefully, Loralei lifted up the crow. "Cecilia... you might want to stay downstairs..." she called.

"Put me down, now...or I'll have to hurt you!" Alucard was more upset for the fact that his plans for finding a remedy for his problem had failed, and wanted to take it out on someone.
"Are you sure? Is there anything that I can do to help?" Cecilia replied, worried about what had happened to Alucard.

"Just... keep quiet." Loralei called down to her. She glared at the crow in her hands. "And what makes you think I should put you down? You're hurt. You'll end up doing something stupid. And then you'll succeed in hurting yourself even more. So... no. I'm not letting you go." Loralei said firmly.

"Idiot! This is all the younger me's fault...if you had kept a closer eye on him he wouldn't have hurt himself...idiot!" Alucard opened his wings and flew up to the top of the highest shelf, hoping that it would cause Loralei some difficulty in retrieving him if she were to go after him, "Besides, I thought you enjoyed watching me in pain..with you stuffing the younger me with all those sweets.."

"Yes, it is all Alucard's fault. He wouldn't change back when I told him that it would be a good idea... so shut up. And if you hurt yourself more, it's likely that the younger you will be hurt, and that would make me sad. So... if you don't mind..."

"I refuse to shrink again.." Alucard flew over to the top of Loralei's head and landed on it.
"Stupid-" PECK "-girl!" PECK PECK. He kept pecking her to drill it into Loralei's head.

Loralei growled under her breath, waiting for Alucard to finish pecking her head. "I... despise... men." she muttered between pecks, rolling her eyes and crossing her arms in front of her chest. "Really, you're a moron."

"Feh...like I'm going to care about how much a servant despises me," Alucard glided off her head and out of the room, where he flew downstairs and landed on the ground. He changed back to his normal form so he could go to the door to open it, but then he spotted Cecilia standing in the middle of the room, watching him in fear.
"You're still around?" Alucard growled.

Loralei growled and swiped at a drip of blood that was running down her face. She bounded down the steps and stood protectively in front of Cecilia. "She's staying with us. Don't get any ideas." Loralei looked at him pointedly and crossed her arms in front of her chest. "Oh, and by the way, I don't despise you. I just like seeing you in pain because you so love seeing me in pain as well. It's a win-win situation for the both of us." Loralei grinned.

"Pft..." Alucard walked across the room and glared at them, "So then it wouldn't worry you if I hurt myself now and changed back into the younger me, and then have him in pain as well? You don't make sense..."
He turned his attention to Cecilia, "And you...you're the one who started all of this, why don't you go out and find a way to fix it?"
Cecilia grew angry, "Maybe I will! ..Loralei, do you have a library in this city? Maybe I can put some spells together to deal with Alu.."

"I don't think it would be good for you to leave on your own at the moment, Cecilia." Loralei said thin-lipped. "And as for you, Alucard, of course I don't want the little you in pain.. but it's always fun to watch you squirm." Once more, she swiped angrily at the blood dripping slowly down her face. "Moron..." she muttered, shaking her head.

It wasn't until then that Alucard noticed that Loralei was bleeding. He seemed more interested in watching the blood flow rather than retaliating against what Loralei said.
Cecilia saw the blood on Loralei's hand, and then looked up to see that Loralei wiped it from her face, "Oh no! You're bleeding! We should go bandage that up."

"Oh, it's fine. Just a flesh wound." Loralei mumbled, rubbing at the blood once more. "It should stop bleeding in a moment..." She looked over to Alucard, who had taken on a very uncharacteristic silence.
"What's your problem?" she asked, then noted how he seemed to be watching the blood flow from her head. "Maybe I should bandage... my wound..." She turned about and headed into the kitchen, in hopes that Cecilia would follow.

Alucard hissed and grumbled as he sat down, "Commoner blood isn't good for me anyways.."
Still, it had been a while since the last time he tasted any blood and even Loralei's blood seemed desirable at the moment.
Cecilia did follow Loralei, but she didn't realize that Alucard was looking directly at Loralei hungrily, "I'll help you clean the wound up then. It will be easier if you had someone to help you with it."

Loralei sighed gratefully as soon as she got past the kitchen doors. She didn't want to tempt Alucard further, he looked extremely... hungry. She jumped slightly as Cecilia came in, chattering on about helping her clean the wound. Loralei merely nodded blearily, trying to keep her train of thought from realizing the fact that she was almost dinner. ((XDDDDDDDDDDD, :d, yum, bird blood~))
