"that's the only reason?" auron says, teleporting behind kibo and pointing his finger into his upper back "why not because of my ability to scout without you risking exposure to your enemies?" he says, chuckling as he slowly disappears and reappears atop the mast again "teleportation is such a wonderful ability"

Kibo: Teleportation is merely a low-brow combination or Biomancy and Atermancy. Although it surprises me that you could make room for that knowledge with your ego, it's nothing to be so narcissistic about. Anybody with some real knowledge of those two elements...
He snapped his fingers, and Auron was immediately teleported back to where he was.
Kibo: ...can easily overpower you.

"alas, you underestimate me once again" auron says, chuckling as he taps kibos head and chuckles as kibo's skin turns green "if nothing else, I can always teleport behind them and blow them apart with my alchemy" he says, teleporting back to his perch on the mast

Kibo laughed heartily.
Kibo: You overestimate yourself.
He snapped his fingers again, and Auron was forcibly teleported back to his place in front of Kibo, only this time, Kibo was holding Claire out to Auron's throat.
Kibo: Do you know where the essence Aeromancy and Atermancy is centered, Auron?

Kibo smirked lightly. Suddenly, his hand was buried knuckle-deep in Auron's solarplexis.
Kibo: The essence of Aeromancy is in the lungs. Meaning you can't do it or teleport, if you have the wind knocked out of you.

Kibo, at that moment, spread his hand on Auron's chest. Within seconds, Auron had collapsed to the ground.
Kibo: That's why Biomancy is an incredibly helpful thing to know. I've just removed your Achilles tendons. It's as if your body never had them in the first place, so trying to heal it without expansive knowledge in human anatomy would result in permanent damage.
He stepped back, tossing Claire in such a way so that the hilt slapped Auron in the forehead.
Kibo: Do you know why I did that? I'll tell you. The center of Atermancy is in the feet, where the human shadow merges with the human. Without complete use of your feet, you cannot perform Atermancy, and, once again, cannot teleport.

"dammit" auron says, looking up at kibo from his prone position "you are damn determined to keep me from teleporting around, aren't you?" auron says, raising both his arms and chuckling as he begins to tap them together and rise up to a crouched position "at least I have a small amount of mobility without my legs" he says, tapping his fingers together as he rose to a standing position and rose off the deck and back onto a cushion of air "at least my most cherished possession is safe"

Kibo: Feel free to use it. You have no idea what Aeromancy is truly capable of. You have complete sovereignty of the air. I could make the air in your lungs into pure chlorine if I wished.

Kibo: Nope. "Complete Sovereignty" means that air is your complete and total plaything. You can change it's composition, individual components, and much much more. You just need to learn how to.
