Eric was unable to find Alex after school, and instead of looking, took out his cell phone and opened the texting option. He began to type.
"Alex," it began, "i'm sorry, I can't make it this evening sad how bout this weekend?" Eric sent the message and restowed the cell phone in his pocket, sighing heavily.
He was in love with Dax.
No doubt about it.

Dax sitting on a grassy hill over looking a park near school sneased loudly.
"whoa... stare hmmmm i wonder if its true that when you snease someone is thinking about you? ehhh oh well!"
Dax shrugged and layed out on the grass clossing his eyes and taking in the fresh air.

As Eric walked home, he noticed Dax up on the hill he so often lay for hours alone, pondering life, writing, thinking...
He walked up, messenger bag heavy with a couple textbooks, huffing as he got there. He sat down and took Dax's headphones off.
"Hi," he said, somewhat shyly, feeling ashamed of himself.

He looked into Dax's eyes, noticing for the first time how utterly beautiful they were. "I think I'm falling in love with someone else," Eric managed.

Eric snapped, then automatically withdrew, ashamed, for he knew tears were flowing freely down his cheeks. "I... I'm sorry," he said quietly, and at that moment, he wanted nothing more than for his lips to meet Dax's, he wanted the world to fade away into nothing around just the two of them... But he knew this would never happen. Dax was as straight as half the other kids in the school, and that was pretty damn straight. He knew it was no use, he knew he shouldn't love Dax... But all the same...

dax stood up and stretched rubbing his eyes.
he yawned loudly and slapped him self on the face.
