well put a budget together on what your willing to spend and I will help you out
Me though I like trying to make some parts of my cosplay it saves money and makes me feel cool that I'm wearing something of my own creation or partially own creation mrgreen

ya like my jacket for Hinata was a hoodie that i stictched the fluff on the bottom and added the symbols
