movie_fanatic Claire laughed a bit, trying to keep it down. "Nope" She stroke Ellie's arm gently and looked at Boone. Boone could tell that Claire was looking at him, and he couldn't tell why. Do new mothers normally stare at their tent-companions? "Where did Jack get to, anyway?" Boone asked, trying to think of a conversation. ((That is, if he's not there.))

Claire knodded and moved Ellie on her other arm. Not that she didn't want to hold her, but her arms were begining to get sore.

Noticing that Claire was shifting, Boone decided to try to be helpful. A rare feat for him, yes, but he figured he'd try. "Would you like me to hold her for a bit?"

movie_fanatic "That would be nice. Thanks" Claire smiled and carefully handed him Ellie. Ellie opened her eyes slowly as she felt herself move around. She looked in the only direction she could and saw a man.((This is too bloody priceless! xd )) Boone took the child carefully; he didn't have much experience holding babies, so he didn't want to hurt her. When he noticed that Ellie had opened her eyes, he said quietly to her, "Hello, cutie".

Claire smiled as she looked at Boone and Ellie. She moved her arms abit and placed her legs in the indian style.

Boone was glad that he offered to hold Ellie; Claire seemed to be a lot more comfortable now. He was also glad that the baby hadn't started screaming at the sight of him. Now if everything could just work out with Shannon, he would be even more glad.

It was getting warmer and warmer and the wind had practicly stopped. Claire opened up the sweater so it would show a part of Ellie's stomach. She didn't want her to be too hot.

"Did anyone ever find any baby clothes in the crash?"
