"What do you mean?" *I point to the phrasing that we found on Cinnabar, "We Dreamed Of Creating The World's Most Powerful Pokemon...... And We Succeeded"* Me: I mean bring a new Pokemon into existence. *I point to the Sinjoh tome* Me: In this book, it describes how an Arceus may use the Sinjoh ruins, between Johto and Sinnoh, as a focus to create a new Pokemon. Specifically, it is believed that Giratina, Palkia, and Dialga can be created there. All three of them powerful Pokemon. Of course, Palkia would be his preferred choice. But since he doesn't have an Arceus... I hope, he might have a use for those ruins, just not the anticipated use.

"Well...I had that run in with Arceus a while back..." Ginji sighed loudly as he remembered being dead. "So I know it is possible to befriend an Arceus. But I know I'm not on good terms with that blasted Pokemon." he laughed as he fiddled with a black gem, it starting to glow a perfect purple color.

Sending out Salamence before summoning a ball of fire, Ginji flew off behind the others. "So Sinnoh is on the border of Johto?"

Ginji of Thunder Sending out Salamence before summoning a ball of fire, Ginji flew off behind the others. "So Sinnoh is on the border of Johto?" Me: Kinda. Remember, Sinnoh is a island region. Johto has basically no-man's land north of it. But go north of the northern coast of no-man's land and you'll hit the Sinnoh coast. The ruins are in the middle of no-man's land. Confusing I know. *I continue flying*
