Can we do a major time skip or something? Yes there will be a time skip, I'm just deciding on what period of time...2, 5, or 10 years. But, I know is that I plan to make my RPC ascend into the role as Hokage...until one if found.

Yes they are lenghty skips but I believe that the Ranking up would all depend on the Kage themselves..if the person hasn't posted in a while they would not deserve a raking up but to stay the same.

A) "da faq?"
