You = Asked a question at the Gaia panel? Cause I heard "Anti-Guild" and my ears perked up. Silly me wasn't really paying much attention by then, but it had to be you since there are no other AGers in the area besides Takako and she's a girl. sweatdrop

Yes, I have much to say about the Gaia infos from the panel and AX in general, but it will have to wait until after tomorrow because I've still got one more day to go.

So let's see...

I ended up leaving my house around 11:45 and getting to AX around 1:15. Spent about an hour in line before actually getting into the convention. I walked around for a bit, paying attention to TokyoPop the most when I suddenly saw the Gaia Booth. I rushed over there and immediately saw Lanzer. I grabbed the nearest poster and had him, VO, L0cke, Ling, 72Squared sign it. Posters were two bucks but I accidently stole this one. xp Anyway, I quickly looked around the booth and picked up the Zombie G-Corp Shirt. I went to the Prize Wheel, congratulated Dri on her modship (had her sign a piece of paper as my autograph xp ) and got a spin, I ended up winning Android Damage Prosthetics. I checked around the Gaia Booth some more and made a donation which earned me another spin at the wheel. I ended up getting (I think, I don't remember) Black Goth Boots.

Afterwards I was about to check out more of the conference when I ran into Saiketsu (sp?), we talked for a bit then I left. I looked around but for the most part, wasn't really impressed. I picked up a box of Yogurt Pockey, they're alright, I don't think they're worth the hype but, meh. Anyway, I ended up heading back to the Gaia Booth again where I bought three more posters which earned me, yet another, spin at the Wheel. I ended up winning Zombie Pants (I think). I talked a bit with Kokoryta, we saw someone win the Zorro Mask and we made a joke about WJ. A few minutes later two girls come out of nowhere and ask me for a dollar so they can get something to spin the wheel, I notice they are newbies to Gaia (one is one month old, the other is about a week). I gave them fifty cents (I needed the dollar). The person who was one month old ended up (I think) getting a Ducky and the one-week old got an Angelic Headband!

So... At this point I needed another spin at the wheel. I made another donation and got my spin, Koko made a joke (because this was my fourth time up) and said, "What are you doing, just buying tickets?" I chuckled a bit and spun, I ended up winning a Wingin' It Blue Shirt. I hung around the booth a bit and asked VO what's in his inventory, he told me just some normal items. I asked him if he spoils himself because he's the admin, he said he doesn't although he has all the donation letters. And that's because it was his idea. After speaking with VO I spoke with Darkenrgy about the Casino and other features he helped developed. I told him about the Red Royal Crown which sold for about six million, he and VO thought about it for a bit and said that it's actually worth about 600-700k.

After speaking with and getting my poster signed by Darkenrgy I spoke with Kaia9 for a little while. At this time AX was ready to close down, so I exited and headed to the Marriot for about an hour and a half before jumping back into the convention center for the panel discussion...

So I entered the room and recieved a raffle ticket. I ended up sitting next to this girl with an EXCELLENT Zombie Lab Tech cosplay outfit. I'd like to take this moment and point out that Mala was at AX. How? Well, when Lanzer and Co., decided to present Gaia to those who weren't members they had a picture of about ten avatars, among the ten were the two current spotlighters and Mala!

Onto the Panel. L0cke mentioned last year about how when one of the panel members did something stupid someone would come and hit them with pool noodles, well this year you got to shoot nerf darts at them. The first item to be presented was the Tattoo/Piercings Parlor. Apparently there will be tattoo sets, they only showed the tribal and dragon sets, and once you buy these tattoos they become afixiated to your body, just like new hairstlyles and such.

The next item was the Housing version two, the new version includes rare housing items such as the Demonic Chair and Coffin along with its counterpart, the Angelic Bed and Chair. Also, they will be releasing telephones and television sets; the telephones with ring/rumble where the TV sets will flicker on and off.

Next on the agenda was the new storyline, we only got a peek at one shot, Gino washed up on shore. Apparently he hit puberty since the tower's collapse, think of Liam times ten.

Next, and the largest item on the list, was Gaia Towns. Gaia Towns is an upcoming feature which has a new set of towns (or just our current towns, just zoomed in) and features your avatar... In motion! Lanzer demostarted it all when he had his avatar move around a bit, it was a bit laggy but that was to be expected. This will indeed by an excellent feature.

Next was Questions and Answers, and as anticipated there were questions about the Battle System. I believe it was VO and 72 who told us that there were and are gonna be so many changes in the development of the Battle System that very little information could be given. I went up and asked a question (represented AG in the process cool ), the question was with the recent donation items being veru multi-equip, will new items be like this and if we will be able to equip them in different poses from the get-go instead of having to store them first. I was told there will be more multi-equip and the storage equip is just a bug that will be fixed.

At the end was prizes, about 30 posters were given out then the big prizes. Real life OMG Hats along with that, if you won a hat you were to give your username to the admins because they will send your account an OMG Hat! eek ... And I lost. gonk There was a girl sitting two seats from me who took my win! scream

Well... Yeah, that's my report. Hila should be able to fill in gaps and such that I missed, I'll see what I can do for pictures seeing as all I have is a webcam... And with that, I sleep. *passes out* x_X;

I remember last year they gave out Angelic and Nightmare minis to people.. Real-life ones, and the people got Gaia-minis too. crying I was so jealous.

Also. I am oddly very pleased to be among those pictured. Win. whee I just wish I had been at AX this year... I talked to Lanzer last year and showed him my avatar (I had a picture on my badge) in person. crying

It would be so fun. crying We could all get together and be terrible. heart

And I would touch Lanzer while he was looking. cool Then I'd chase him down and touch him again while he was fleeing in terror.

If I lose more hard work on my charm to ugly darts, I'm gonna begin PKing her when our levels are closer.

After level 20, charm gets REALLY hard to get.
