I don't want it to bleed in here, but he's right on the tangent you guys are debating. In the DC Handbook, Val Armor is qualified as human/no powers.
In OTHER news....The new LOSH came out today and SQUEEOMG. Waid is fixing Supergirl!

It's the same one that describes Salate (sp.), and indonesian art based around kinfe fighting, as "monkey kung fu". Also, Pool says Val has superhuman capabilities, so he's also contesting the handbook.
