Micheal's and Jenna's points dropped dangerously low.
"This is all your fault!!" Micheal shouted, pointing at Jenna telling his Drapion to Protect itself. Memo's attack bounced off of the Protect but continued on to the defenseless Persian there the attack shattered and scratched the Classy Cat pokemon.
"PERSIAN!!!" Jenna cried out as the fainted pokemon hit the floor. An X appeared over top of Jenna's points resulting in Micheal loosing the rest of his points as well.

Micheal drew back his large fist and was ready to knock Jenna into the floor, Arekku ran over as fast as he could. He jumped, planting both feet in the large trainer-coordinator's side, knocking him away. He planted a hand on the ground, to help him come back to his feet easily. Drapion noticed and swiftly moved over to his trainer, picking him up and taking him off somewhere.

Jenna ran out to her pokemon, setting the Persian's head in her lap.
"You did a great job." She stroked the soft fur a few times then withdrew her pokemon int it's pokeball.
"Thank you for the great contest battle Memo. Now we have to go see Zoey and Kyle..." She hung he head, beginning to cry.
"I'm so sorry I didn't tell you, i-it's just that... Zoey told me to... And I didn't want to feel left out... I'm so sorry!"

Arekku stepped over patting her head
"It's okay, Jenna, really." He looked over to Memo for help, Jenna was bawling her eyes out.

Jenna nodded once, getting up off of her knees to take a deep breath.
"Okay..." She looked at Memo, then Arekku.

Arekku looked around.
"Speaking of Zoey and Kyle, where are they?"

Jenna pointed to a stairway at the end of the room.
"They're up that way. I can guide you there, My sis- uh! I mean Zoey! Ah, sh-she's this way!" Jenna took off toward the stairway, hoping the two wouldn't question what she accidentally said.

Arekku had a question mark above his head before taking off after her.
"Wait! Jenna!"

They climbed the stairs in silence, it was a long staircase indeed but not impossible, it turned to the right twice around a large squared pillar that went to a far up ceiling. The group came to a ballroom-like floor.
"Whoa..." Arekku gaped, high ceilings, long elegant pillars on each side, parts of the walls and pillars were decorated with gold embedded marble. At the end of the room was a huge painted window, it was so beautiful it took Arekku's breath away. He turned to look at Memo with an astonished face, then to Jenna who was standing back behind a line at the top of the staircase.
"Come on!" Arekku waved her over.

She shook her head sadly.
"This is Zoey's floor I'm only allowed this far..." She glanced to their right and stepped back down a few steps.
"There's Zoey and Kyle."

The duo came in looking fiercely at the three, Jenna in particular.
"I though I told you to take them out!" Zoey snapped at Jenna, causing the little girl to shrink back a few steps and mutter an I'm sorry. Zoey sighed, rolling her eyes.
"Save your excuses you little brat." She turned to look at Arekku
"Ready?"

Arekku bared his teeth, growling in the back of his throat.
"As I'll ever be!"

Arekku nodded back to Memo, ready to go. Zoey and Kyle chuckled together, they were getting annoying. It was like some taunt meant to throw Arekku off of his game. Of course it was working somewhat, he was getting mad, but that just made him that much more determined to win.
“You guys can stop any time now, you know.” He glared getting two pokeballs into their capsules.

“We’re going first, just so you know.” Zoey sneered; she got into position, tossing a pokeball as did Kyle. Her ball opened into a burst of floral ribbons that spun out in multiple different directions creating intricate designs with elegant twists and swirls. Kyle’s pokeball opened up, lines spreading out horizontally and vertically, giving an angular look to the curves but also improving it’s looks, and there stood a Raichu on the base of a Cradily, it’s long tail wrapping around the midsection and it’s thunderbolt shaped end sticking straight up from the Cradily’s head.
”Raichu, Shockwave!” Zoey followed up.
”Cradily Giga Drain!” Sparks jumped from Raichu’s cheeks, one could see the electricity travel down it’s body through it’s tail and blast out of it’s tail, Cradily opened it’s mouth, thin red lines beamed from the electricity, which slowed instantly as it’s power was absorbed, they soon turned to white X patterns floating around. As the Giga Drain ended Cradily’s body began glowing a light yellow while the electricity traveled down into the ground. The air became charged, Raichu’s tail immediately untwisted, standing straight out. The X patters were dancing around, as if they were stars in a night sky.
”Now Iron Tail!” Zoey called to her pokemon. Its tail glowed a bright white; the charged air reacting with it, causing Raichu to float up.
”Let’s go Stealth Rock!” Sharp stones levitated around Cradily for a moment but shot out to various areas.
“Raichu, twist up!” Zoey called before the Raichu swung himself up to get above its tail and land its two feet along it.
“Now give a Quick Attack!” Raichu’s body lurched, moving him around on his tail as if be were surfing in mid air.
”Cradily! Swagger!” Kyle announced proudly, an odd sensation came over Cradily, its body began twisting around swaying as if just a peace of seaweed on the seafloor while Raichu “surfed” around it, ramping off of the Stealth Rock turning and doing tricks proudly. The X patterns began to fade.
“Finish up Raichu, Thunderbolt!” Raichu did as commanded, stopping to land on Cradily’s head and give a massive Thunderbolt to each of the floating rocks, which exploded like into different color glitter that faded after the performance was over.

Arekku had stopped watching towards the end, the combinations were almost too grand. It was awesome, and that was the final word in his opinion.

“That was good. Very good, I might add. Allow me my turn?” He gave a smirk.
Arekku stood still, crossing his arms over his stomach, a pokeball in each hand, and leaning his head forward at a tilt. He had to concentrate.
“Okay, Lithe, Zatsune, attention please!” He tossed his pokeballs, the capsules opened up, a blue fire seal activating just behind a black heart seal a the hearts spreading out circularly around the duo as the blue fire seal spread beneath the black hearts, giving them an ominous glow from beneath.
“Zatsune Night Slash! Lithe Swords Dance!” Zatsune, the Weavile ran around Lithe, the Scizor at a very high rate of speed, almost a blur in the dim lighting. Six long blades of steel appeared in place around Lithe, when he began dancing the swords clanged and battles in pairs as the dance went on. Lithe had begun smashing the hearts, stepping on the places in the ground there wasn’t fire. When one of the Night Slashes attacks a heart it left behind a trail of tiny floating fragments that shined with a deep purple color from the bright flashes of the swords clashing and glowed thanks to the under fire.
“Now Zatsune jump above Lithe and use Ice Shard!” Zatsune finished smashing the last heart, jumping through two swards that were just about to clash and jumped high above Lithe. A ball of frozen energy gathered between his paws and separated, raining down. Lithe’s dancing came to an end with a huge spin of his large claws, this cause each of the swords to separate and begin spinning in their own individual circles. When the Ice Shards rained down into the spinning swords they were cut and ground into fine little glittering dust particles that floated outward shine colorfully with even the dim under light.
“Lithe! Silver Wind, spin!” The Scizor crossed his arms in front of his chest, buzzing his wings as much as possible to release a powerful draft that wrapped around the lower part of the area, stylishly whipping out the fire and gathering the dust and heart fragments, taking them up around a falling Zatsune.
“Finish up with another Night Slash, Zatsune!” The Weavile extended his hand out into the air current where it began glowing with a dark energy, the black claws extended and began cutting the current, causing Zatsune to spin faster and fall slower while the current separated into ribbons of air that spread out before dissipating and letting the glittering particles to fall down around where Zatsune gracefully landed next to Lithe.

Arekku threw pulled his right arm across his chest to fully extend it to his right while his left arm stayed balled in front of him.
"Lithe Silver Wind!" Lithe buzzed his wings to blast a powerful draft at the two opponents.
"Now Zatsune, Ice shard!" Zatsune quickly powered a ball of ice energy between it's paws before shooting a bunch of large shards into the giant Gust of wind and began twirling with the uneven current, releasing dozens of smaller shards that shimmered with the light of the area.

Arekku had to think quick.
"Zatsune Metal Claw! Lithe Help him high into the air!" Lithe put his claw close to the round for Zatsune to jump on and them launched him with as much force as he could muster. Both of Zatsune's claws glowed with a metallic energy.
"Spin!" Zatsune began spinning in mid air, creating a cyclone of razor sharp claws that easily blasted through the rocks, cutting them into rather small pieces.
"Now give'em another Ice Shard!" This attack was much closer and aimed more or less at Cradily.
"Lithe in place with a Vaccum Wave!" Lithe zoomed at amazing speed behind the enemy team and began punching at such a velocity that it began sucking the two in closer to the unavoidable attack, along with the Ice Shards to ensure a hit on at least one of them.
