Ukaia resisted for a second then leaned into the embrase sniffling a bit.
"he didn't wake me up when he left" she whispered muffled into River's shoulder
"an.. i had a dream.. again.. and.. i thought.. i was hugging him.. but he didn't move.. and he wasn't breathing.. he woudlnt' wake up" she said her shoudlers shaking a little bit
"he woudlnt' .. and i woke up just a bit ago from the dream.. and tomo wasn't there. i was hugging a pillow.. i thought he was dead" she said sniffling
"It scared me.. a lot.. and when i saw him down here.. so happy .. i was releived and.. still really angry.. because i had b.. been .. and he wasn't waking.. i coudln't wake him. I knwo it was a dream now but it was real.. and i don't want to wake up next to a dead perosn again!!"s he said fighting back the frightened sob that wanted to escape her.

River frowned deeply as Ukaia spoke, hugging her tightly and swaying softly petting her head."..It's alright Uka, I'm sure he didn't mean it.." She sighed."..I know what it feels like to wake up next to.." She paused."..dead people...It's horrible. I understand why you are upset." She said nodding a bit, fiddling with her ears, just waiting for her to break out into a cry. Surpised a bit that she hadn't proud a bit also.
"..It was a dream and...Sadly, you hurting Tomo's feelings wasn't..Wanna appologize to him after you make somthing or now?.." She let her onyx eyes cross the room they where in and she took a deep breath, listening to Ukaia's Heart beat, making her mouth throb painfuly.

Tomo nodded, "Mm..." he murmured as if Ellie was actually speaking comprehendable words. Building up his courage, he nodded to Ellie before marching to the kitchen door. "U-Uka?" He asked tentatively, resolve rapidly crumbling with the quivering of his knees.

Ukaia hugged River a bit tighter and sniffled fighting back the urge to cry again.
"I know.. i didn't mean to but.. i was so ..so releived and so angry he was happy down here. And i had been so scared" she whispered quietly. Then stiffened when she heard tomo knock. She forced herself to take a couple deep breaths and then pulled back from river. She rubbed her eyes rapidly.
"Guess i'm saying sorry now"she whispered to her then said
"Um..on.. um. Tomo.. you can come in" she said holdign her fox tight to her chest. She really did need to appoligise to him

River turned around and blinked emotionlessly for a moment before smiling at Tomo. He looks so shaken."..Tomo-kun Relax my dear.." She said softly after Ukaia Spoke.
Her hand rubbing Ukaia's back softly before it found it's way behind her own, standing strait up with a smile.

Her tone of voice chilled him and the 'Tomo' hurt more than he expected. He rubbed his cheek with the feeling that he needed to somehow nurse part of his physical body to health. He took a deep breath and pushed open the swinging door slowly. Seeing her face red and splotchy from crying made him feel even worse. "Uka... I'm sorry!" He began. He still wasn't sure exactly why she had been so angry, but he felt awful for it. "I really am... You... You were trying so hard to make me feel better, but I woke up early and I wanted to take advantage of the day... I'm sorry... I should have woke you..."

Ukaia leaned into the rubbing of her back till it ended. That was what she really wanted. She wasn't hungry.. jsut.. kind of sick feeling. she just wanted to be hugged by River or tomo or somone again. But before tomo could say anything else she said.
"I'm really really sorry. I'm not angry at you tomo.. i just.. got scared because of a dream and took it out on you and i'm sorry..Please forgive me?" she added quietly

River lingered next to Ukaia and watched Tomo."..ARe you alright kid?.." She asked him then glanced at Ukaia realizing now sickly they both looked..Terrifyed? River shook her head and started to cook, pouring some oil into a pan and, pulling out some fish.
"..You Too hungry?.." She asked looking over her shoulder at them.

The catboy winced. There was that 'Tomo' again. "Y-you sure...?" He asked softly. Now he felt really bad, "So, you had a bad dream because of me?" He murmured, ear twitching. "It really is my fault. I should have known you'd have a bad dream without me."

Uakai felt her stomach protest at the thought of anything food like going on it
":No thank you River.. i'm not hungry at all" she said to her. Though she still looked tenativly at Tomo for his reaction.

" she said quietly fighting back the urge to cry once more "And.. in my dream i coudlnt' get you to wake up.. you were not breathing.. not moving.. getting cooler.." she whispered and shut her eyes. She remembered the image perfectly. THe auction house. Right outside.. it was a fairly warm night.. they were in a cage.. he was asleep next to her.. she woke.. he didn't.. trying so hard to wake him.. the guards coming.. to take the body away.. desperation.. he had to wake up. She felt ill "I thought you died.. " she said to him "and.. iw as.. releived and angry .. when i saw and heard you so happy and i'm really sorry that i .. i made such a scene onii san.. i mean tomo" she siad quietly "Please forgive me

"Oh, Uka..." Tomo murmured, pulling her into an embrace. For a few moments, he just hugged her, rocking back and forth slowly. "Uka, I'm not mad at all. There's nothing to forgive." He whispered, glad his hormones were behaving. He rubbed her back, now noticing she was making a conscious effort to call him by name, "It's more comfortable to call me 'Tomo', now. Isn't it?" He asked sadly. He was only slightly diverted by River and he scrunched his nose. He very desperately detested fish with every bone in his scrawny body, but he would eat it since she'd gone through the trouble of making it.

Ukaia sniffled fighting back the urge to cry once more as he hugged her and said there was nothing to forgive. She hugged him tightly nuzzling her face into his hsoulder.
Ukaia shook her head no.
"Cource not.. you're my oni san"s he mumbled soflty nuzzling him more
"Ithought you might be angry enough that i better call you tomo for rright now:" she muttered into his shoulder
